315 for 17 reps on 99% of lifts is ultra elite...but over your fucking head is insanity.

i know its been nothing but glaze since my first comment, and i stg im not trying to lay it on thick or anything, its just legitimately mind blowing.

ill try to stop clogging up ur log with redundant compliments, but if you keep posting insane lifts i cant make any promises.
Also bro I appreciate the kind words, lifting is pretty solitary but i really give it my best so I don’t mind youre being nice hahaha. It’s good to have a positive community so no need to feel weird being nice to each other. I also will just compliment folks in their logs too hahaha nbd

August 21– Chongqing china, show for prize money. Hopefully I can get a little bag here between the prize pool and my sponsor.

September 11- never forget. Xian regional - look for ticket to pro Qualifier

September 12 - pro qualifier
- if we do well here we may do one more show to punch ticket to pro qualifier in 2027 then get back to growing. If I need to cover more ground in terms of muscular development we will go straight back into off season and then look for another back to back regional + national in 2027.

The Xian show will be live streamed and they also stream the pro show for free which is the day after the pro qualifier. I know they stream on Chinese tik tok, I’ll have to see where else they live stream a bit closer to the show, but I know for a fact that Huanji (the Chinese IFBB affiliate/promotion) free streams all the shows to try to boost engagement & grow the sport
 
Legs 2: knees felt good, after doing so much high rep work so I went a bit heavier. Wasn’t used to the load on hack squat so I think I probably could do more if I was a bit more neurologically adapted.
