So. FINALLY decided to make sure Im not dying inside since ive been running tren for. Well. A long time. Currently though. 125mg tren ace / 100 mg test c tue/thur/sat/sun. Last pin yesterday. Fasted and bloods drawn today. Only checked basic mens health panel (liver, kidney blood health and lipids.).

Blood pressure monitored daily. 111/64 within 5% on each arm
Only thing out of wack was my HDL sitting at 20 when it should be more than 40.
LDL is 49 when should be less than 99.
Blood glucose 83 (70-99)
Non hdl 61 (less than 129)
Total cholesterol 81 (less than 199)
Triglyceride 52 (less than 149)
VLDL 12 (less than 29)
Cholesterol / hdl ratio 4.2 (less than 4.9)

So inhave other things related to kidneys and liver if people have specific questions.

Going to continue to use abd do another blood test here in 5 or 6 weeks and see if i cant bring that hdl up. Open to any tests i should make sure for more detailed health analysis, or just reccommend things. I didnt bother w estrogen or prolactin/progesteron etc because i lack any sides if that nature. If i should though. Ill listen. Im a huge fan of tren and beyond happy with what my tests cane back w today. Was scared that my lipids would be wrecked but totally
Manageable. Thanks for readjng. Open to questions shit talk ball busting or whatever the fuck ever.

Dueces.

How's the blood pressure? Consider getting an EKG and an echocardiogram.

Also consider getting a cystatin-c test to check eGFR (it's more accurate for us than calculating eGFR via creatinine).

And I feel obligated to say this: give your body a break from the tren

I do plan to. Ill stop immediatley if this next round of bloods doesnt have better hdl numbers. Bp is 111/64

Food that might contribute to low total
Numbers are daily consumption of 2 cups raw steel cut oats. 4 grams fish oil.

No alcohol and pretty low fat diet. Not to be low fat but to have calories lower.

your blood are fine, as would be expected with someone on such a small dos cycle not taking unesseary rec drugs, anti e's, or pushing 15+ body fat.

relax about getting blood enjoy your cycle, diet and train hard, and make gains. I see no need to keep testing yourself looking for a problem when you feel fine. I get BW a few times a year not every few weeks because I use a little juice

I do worry about how low my cholesterol is overall. I plan on changing up the diet a bit and seeing if i cant raise levels.

To clarify, you mean 125mg Tren / 100 Test per week correct?

The way you wrote "tue/thur/sat/sun" makes it sound like you could be injecting 125mg tren / 100mg test on each on those days.

Amounting to 500 Tren / 400 Test weekly.

Which is it?

Well. For me to clarify. Since i have responded to this same thing. What point does asking this question make? Im here to discuss the negative effects tren has had on my lipid profile. And what i should do about that. Not to discuss your personal opinion on running 125 mg or 500. Ive ran well over a gram for weeks in the past. I appreciate your input but id appreciate it on blood work and what i might make sure to look into. Maybe ideas on diet fixes or otc things to assist in making my cholesterol move in the right direction. Assume 500. Idc. Input on the topic is what im jnterested in from this community.

I only care about ur dose bc those bloods are a godsend for 500 tren.

They're honestly great for 125 tren too.

Heres my input:
HDL of 20 after running tren... what did you expect lol? Thats very expected.

Taking a few months off will (most likely) return your HDL to baseline.

Are ur kidney/liver markers within range?

And I'd really appreciate if you clarified ur dose bc im currently on tren myself. My profile pic is literally a vial of the bologna.

If you thought id judge you or something I really don't care brotha, just making conversation. We're all in this boat doing the same bullshit bro.

Going forward. My version of a blast. 6 weeks. Bloods in 4. 75mg tren ace eod. 125mg test c e3d.
Cutting oats in half (main source of carb)
Switching from 99/1 turkey to 93/7 ground beef
Adding 2 whole eggs
Adding green salad w olive oil

Goals to raise hdl/ldl/triglicerides
After 6 weeks drop tren completely
Drop test to 75mg every mon am /thur pm

My brother in Christ.

How do you expect to raise your HDL while still running a moderate dose of tren?

(Not to mention the super-physiologic dose of Test)

I highly doubt a dietary change will outcompete Tren's effects on your lipids.

Going to a REAL trt cruise will return ur HDL to 40 asap!

Godspeed.

For OTC meds you could try citrus bergamot, berberine, and red yeast rice.

Try eating more fish and cooking with avocado oil also, both of them have pretty healthy fats in them.

Im realizing now how little fat i eat. I think things are so low because im only consuming 50g of fat a day and so many carbs. Been kind of cruising on the diet. Maintaining within 2-3 lbs over the last few weeks after a harsh cut. I could be wrong but i feel like doubling the fat intake or even adopting keto for a few weeks should bring it all up. Both levels as well as triglycerides are low.

Id be more prone to think the tren had more of an effect on my lipids if other things were higher than normal. But everything looks like its indicitive of an extremely low fat diet. Idk. Here to learn.

I'm curious to see what happens if you switch up ur diet. I know healthy fats are great for lipids.

IIRC cutting takes a toll on lipids as well but idk if thats correct.

But I gotta be honest, Tren is a hard hitter on the lipids so im interested to see your results!
