Hey everyone,
I'm currently 6'1" and 170 lbs. I've gained 17 pounds over the past year by doubling the amount of food I eat and training 5 times a week rather than 2 or 3. Unfortunately, I believe I've reached my body's natural limit in strength and size and now need some assistance.
I'm looking to gain another 15-20 pounds of muscle (upper and lower body) and I need your help. How can I successfully gain the weight I'm looking for and keep the majority of it?
Can someone please help me with a first cycle?
