Looking for megestrol or other effective appetite stimulants

I have no suggestions for appetite stimulants, usually if I find it too hard to eat a certain amount of calories I just swap out low calorie dense foods for high calorie dense ones or change my diet model. This is a good problem to have in my opinion as everything you are eating now has the potential to taste even better.

How many calories are you trying to eat?

How many meals are you eating a day? Intermittent fasting? Way easier to pack away food eating 4 - 6 meals VS one meal a day or 5000 K calories in an 8 hour eating period.

What are you eating currently?

Do you smoke / consume nicotine in any form? If so stop, that will spike your appetite huge.

A few suggestions for high calorie dense foods:

Walnuts @ 7 calories a gram. Want a snack? Eat 30 grams of walnuts = 210 calories. It's a couple of mouthfuls of food at most.

Any oil @ 40 calories per 5 ml, making eggs in the morning? Douse that pan in a tbsp of oil, easy 120 calories.

Drink coffee? Add some heavy cream to it. 50 calories per table spoon. Really desperate for calories? Just drink the cream lol

Pure maple syrup @ 50 calories a tbsp. Put that in your protein shake if you want.

Eating chicken? Boneless skinless chicken breast is 1.2 calories / gram. Switch to 70 / 30 ground beef which is 2.7 calories / gram.

If you avoid certain condiments like mayo start using it more. Adding mayo to burgers or eggs before you cook them is unbelievably good. A tbsp of mayo is like 90 calories. In general swap your 0 or low calorie sauces (walden farms or hot sauces) for calorie dense ones.

Chocolate milk, add a cup to every meal. 210 calories a meal @ 4 meals a day = 840 calories in liquid.

How is your digestion? Are you force feeding calories? Maybe you need a break from a surplus?

A little post workout cardio may help
There are some supplements which can help
Certain anti histamines
Boldenone probably mediated via red blood cell increase lol
Finding easier digesting foods

I'd rather do it naturally before seeking a synthetic option, though
It seems like it’s a big mystery for some people
 
Would not recommend it unless under the supervision of a physician, but the tricyclic anti depressant Mirtazipine is prescribed in certain scenarios for poor appetite. It’s also an incredible sleep aid that increases REM sleep, but it’s an anti depressant so it could be risky to play around with neurotransmitters without being seen by a doctor. In my experience, it does not cause any noticeable dependency like SSRIs do. I’m not recommending using it, but it is an option for those who suffer from a poor appetite, depression, or insomnia/poor sleep quality.
 
Mk works the best for me try injectable mk if u can find it it boosted my appetite to an insane level was easily putting down 6k a day. But also cardio helped me eat more it seemed to help me process good faster like clear my meals quicker. Also eat foods you digest fast and aren’t as filling like white rice, fish, potatoes, chicken, or whatever your body digests quickly. Aptemine is a supplement u can try . Girls take it to get a fat ass cuz it makes u hungry.
Also if your deep into a bulk and ur appetite is gone try fasting for 3 days… I know it sounds crazy but if your on gear u won’t lose muscle but it definitely helps reset ur digestion! Also if your having trouble getting in enough food get a good quality gainer and down that between meals or just sip on it throughout the day to add an extra 500-1000 cals .
 
Smoke a cigarette, won’t want to eat after. That’s what Markus ruhl and some of the 90s guys would do in prep.

And before you say how bad smoking is or whatever, take a look at what else you’re stuffing into your body
