Ok lets say i was to tell ya'll this....in the last year i went from 140 to 170lbs. but in that year ive done this
dbol/eq/test cyp
dbol/omnadren
fina(by itself)
Prop(by itself)
dbol/test enan/deca.....ive only done the injectables for 3 weeks but im going to have to stop because they are hurting too bad.

NOw if i said that i could tweak my diet to add maybe 500 more calories and maybe about 80grams more of protein but that would be the very most.....what would ya'll say back to the progress versus everything i just said
 
Not sure I follow what your trying to say.
If your aking if Food alone combined with proper training will give you gains then the answer is Yes.

What are you injecting now that hurting so much?

THE ANSWER IS NO, IF YOU WANT TO UP YOUR GAINS IN WEIGHT NOW YOUR GOING TO NEED TO ADD AT LEAST 1000 CALS NOT 500. THE PROTEIN IS FINE AT A RAISE OF 80-100G.

Looking to muscle up? It's easy, here the "HOW TO's" of it all...

Eat lots - like an Ethiopian at his first Country Buffet.
Lift heavy- like a car is on top of your girl (unless you put her underneath it).
Sleep lots - like a newborne baby.

The gear won't do CRAP for ya if the above aren't adhered to.

For better, more precise info from your dawgs here on Meso, give some details on your body, dude. Height, weight, approx fat %, yadda yadda.

When I'm on a bulking cycle, I shoot for 3000 caleries and 300 grams of protein a day. I eat every 2 hours, even during the night. That EQ causes my grocery bill to go through the roof.
 
Thanks for the replies. I guess what i was trying to say is this. i don't feel that im getting the most out of what i am doing. I am in the range of 3500cal a day and my protein varies but i usually get 1g/lb of bw. Not the best but i don't used protein shakes which is where the extra 60-80grams could come from. The only reason i put that is so i could say that my diet is almost as good as it can get for the life i live. Yes all those drugs were in seperate cycles in one year. i am 5'8 170lbs 7bf%. I have a really high metabolism so i guess that makes me an ectomorph. Anyhow i was just wanting to know if cutting out the drugs would do me some justice based off what ive gained. Ohh and whats killing me is this test 250 batch#14 and deca 300. anyhow thanks bros
