So you are up 25 pounds. Can you eat enough to add another ____ pounds that you are expecting to gain from adding anadrol?
Bump up protein and carbs. Up, up, up. Meat, eggs, oats, rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes . . . add another meal at least.
Let's say you want to add another 16 pounds and hit 245.
Then can you eat enough to stay there for a while and consolidate your gains? Your body likes homeostasis, which is just a fancy word for returning to like it was before. The longer you keep your weight up, the more you will be able to keep it up (I hope that last sentence makes sense).
Then what is your next goal?
A hard cut in time to be single digits shredded at 215 for summer?
A competition?
What is the "why" in why you are doing this?
