Looking for some advice. 1st cycle in years...Test Cyp, Tren E and Drol

What’s going on everybody...was looking for some info please into my next cycle.

I’m 34 years old. Been working out on and off since my early 20’s. Always been an athletic built ectomorph with a good stature (played sports and have been active my entire life) I’m 6’2 200lbs with around 13-14% (last time I checked not long ago) body fat as I’ve gained a few more lbs recently since my metabolism has slowed down the last couple years..my diet is good...been tracking all my cals and macros for growth and been on the right track, eating clean and steady on it for months now. I currently have on hand test cyp, tren e, and anadrol. I’ve ran 3-4 cycles in the past at the times when I was hitting the gym hard but due to life circumstances (kids, moving, work etc) they were spaced out and wasn’t consistent annually of staying on course with my training. I’ve ran test+tren cycles. TestE-500-600mg and trenE-350mg for 12-14 weeks were my 3-4 cycles that I’ve ran. Good cycles no issues or comments on those all worked out well. PCT was done correct on my cycles and really never had any sides at all from test nor tren luckily but here we are few years later and it’s different times. I’ve been working hard in the gym for almost a year now and I’m ready for a cycle. That being said and as I said before I picked up some cyp, tren-e and drol (got arimidex and PCT on deck) but I’ve been going back and forth on what my cycle should be. Throwing out the anadrol (always wanted to cycle it but orals never been my thing respectfully) throwing out the tren keeping the anadrol for front load. I keep going back and forth especially since Im older now and I also just care about doing it right lol what you guys think? Any suggestions. I’m thinking of just doing what I did before running 600mg cyp and 300-350mg Tren (bulking I’m a lean 200lbs) weekly for 12-14 weeks....thanks guys appreciate it
3 compounds for a first cycle isn't where to start bro.

Test 500-600mgs pw should be it along with .5 mg aromasin.

Blood work 5 weeks in to make sure test is legit and where your estrogen is at.
 
As far as can I eat enough? that’s the real question because as I said the eating is the hardest part and I’m a super determined person and it’s still very tough but I can do it. My question is then what am I looking at desirably for the gains on the drol...Another 15lbs after 4 weeks? I’m not experienced with it as you know but is that generally what I’ll be looking at realistically? If this is the goal where would YOUR kcals and macros be? Just curious now thinking about what’s next....
Everybody is different with anadrol. I do not have lots of experience with it. I have only run it up to 100mg daily, but not for a long period of time. In that short term, I loved it. Huge pumps. It felt like it brought me to another level.

Frankly, even 25 mg preworkout affects me positively, but 100mg seemed to be where it was at. I will probably experiment longer and maybe a little higher in the future.

For me, it appeared to be a "miracle" steroid. Not a lot of sides (a little watery) and lots of pumps and aggression in the gym. The downside is you waste time staring at your massively swollen arms in the mirror when you should be working out (LOL!).

Disclaimer: Everybody is different.

Some guys can't eat on it. I haven't experienced that. Obviously, if you can't eat there won't be much of a point in trying to pushing yourself to the next level with anadrol.

Food:

Like I said, add another meal. Start there and see how things go on your first week with anadrol with an additional meal of 8 ounces of chicken and a cup and a half of Jasmin rice (or sweet potato or potato). Then reassess from there. If you don't gain weight, add some more rice and potatoes and oats and a little more meat and eggs (add and egg or two to breakfast and maybe another ounce of meat each meal, over 5 meals that's another five ounces of meat and with the two eggs is about an additional 69 grams of protein, added to the meal you added with at least an additional 50 grams of protein should be 119 grams additional by week two or three if needed to keep gains coming). Carbs can be pushed. Rice and potatoes and oats are not hard to eat.

If you still are not gaining weight after doing all that and can't push in any more food add one MRE by Redcon. Should be easy to drink if you can't eat more and 52 grams protein, 62 grams carbs, 7 grams of fat.

Just go week by week and make adjustments up as needed.

If anadrol kills your appetite you can always drop it.

When you get to your weight, try to keep it as long as you can.

Then take a break to normalize all your blood markers, blood pressure, etc.

Then plan out your cut and do it properly and use hormones to preserve as much of that lean weight as you can. Growth hormone is a great addition at any point, but really helps when cutting for several reasons (seems to help with the cut in allowing more food or slightly accelerating fat loss but also helps keep one's muscles full, which keeps away from that "flat" feeling that makes everybody want to stop their cut before they are where they should be, which is usually another month past when they think they have reached their goal).
 
Consider bumping the test up a bit, too. Might as well push if you are going to push. If you are serious about getting the additional food it, the additional test might be of some benefit this many weeks in.

I’ve never upped my test in the last 4-5 weeks like that before you think that would help with the drol and just generally a good closing to the cycle? I’ve ran up to pretty much 800mg in previous cycles but just did 650mg for my cycle back...but if it’ll give me that extra kick along with my diet going up to close out a strong cycle I’ll up it....

Very potent shit lol my appetite is fine, I’ve gained 4lbs this week but again it’s just a very heavy feeling on my body if that makes sense lol make me semi tired. Body feels super super tight like skin and muscle constriction to the MAX..do you get used to the drol? Such as after the first few days or week of cycling it does your body adapt better to it or get used to it? I’ve felt relatively better the last 24-48 hours then the first few days but again it’s just a very heavy feeling. Thanks guys

Yes, in my experience the sides feel much better after day 10

I am on that exact stack with similar dosages my test is higher. And GH and now adding t3/t4 with one anadrol per day.

I am feeling ok right now, heavy androgens are making it tough to stay even keeled. Gains are great, i am keeping estrogen and prolactin in check and i cleaned up my diet mostly eliminating sugar and salt as much as I can.

I havent slept well last couple days. Toss and turn for an hour get up eat back to toss and turn, eating every time I hit the john.

My appetite has gone whacko I dont "get hungry" my days are broken up into periods of utter starvation and ravenous hunger. I have to eat a LOT all the time or i go hypo and if i go too long hunger turns into this sick to my stomach feeling and i cant ea5lt right away i have to lay down and drink water eat a banana and wait a few and then I can eat again. So today being day1 with the t3t4 im a little concerned but this is what it is. I want to take my body to the max and see how big can I get? How ripped? So i welcome adversity. Its all part of the game.

MRE is absolutely disgusting. I choked down like three shakes ans returned the rest. They add milk to it to give it thicker consistency or some shit. It mixes up like some kind of artificially flavored gelatinous nasty SHIT.
