looking to learn

Hi everyone
I have been pursuing bodybuilding for a while after defecting from Crossfit (3 years at that). prior i was a competitive runner. I decided to do lots of research on steroids for women before starting my
first round of Primobolan, which i am 3 weeks in now. It has been extraordinarily hard for me to gain weight and muscle so I am hoping the Primo will assist in that. EVentually i hope to compete, but for right now I am working hard in the gym and focusing on nutrition. I enjoy manipulating my body to see what it can do, but am serious about research before doing anything. good to be here and read the threads.

I can see that. Have you thought about powerlifting? Its like crossfit, except for less cardio and injuries. Either way. Glad to have you aboard.
i like the look i am getting and i seriously doubt i would ever get big enough to be a powerlifter. I am 5' 10" and just cracked 140 recently (Its hard for me to gain). I did enjoy olympic lifting in Crossfit tho!

Welcome to Meso. Jay has a good point about powerlifting, but I'm a bit biased in that regard. Anyway, this is a great place to learn, you'll love it.

Welcome. nice to have you here please let us know how it's going on the Primobolan. did you mention how much you're running and how frequently

once a week at 50 mg. I havent' decided if i want to increase that or not but i plan to just run 10-12 weeks and see how it goes. Another reason i was interested in Primo is that it apparently may help prevent osteoporosis. I know that weight-bearing exercise definitely helps with that, but anything that helps is good because that runs in my family

Welcome!

Good to see so many new women joining. Pretty cool IMO. Great being able to widen the knowledge base even further.

Keep us updated on your experiences and results. See you around!

D-Ballin totally in agreement with you nice to see more ladies on here.
it's also nice to pick their brains and see what can work at home for the better half lol.

I don't know how I missed this but welcome! Glad to have another female lifter on board.

Edited to delete my previous comment since I read that you are done with your cycle.

@Devika and I are planning on doing a primo cycle in August.:)
