From my “powerlifting” days, which, for me, was an excuse to eat like a fat fuck and drink a lot of beers and just be “big.” So, I spent a good deal of time at/near 300lbs. I now get that fucking fat person skin when I get too lean and it looks like shit. I know surgery is the only option to resolve it, but, not happening at 48. Question is, who else has experienced this and does it get better as get even leaner? I keep stopping at 10-12% because it just looks like shit. I’ve been doing heavy ab work EOD to try and fill this shit out, alas, down below 12% and it’s looking like shit even with the noticeably larger abs.
