Losing far without lifting

This is common knowledge, the answer is yes.
As long as your in a caloric deficit.
The reason people workout and do cardio to lose weight is it burns those calories thus increasing that deficit.

Like half of my girl's friends got their's done. But some of them don't even look as good as my girls so idk if it's even worth it for her.
Some of these surgery logs on here are quite convincing though haha.
My girl already had nice big boobs she just wanted a tune up after having 3 kids

Anyway , yes you would loose muscle, especially because your not lifting.

Sure you can run AAS, sit on your lazy ass and lose all that fat you repeatedly refer to as "bloat" while gobbling down Adderral pills, no diet or exercise are required.
