ok, the issue im trying to figure out with that is , how would that reflect on my abs , all that food with no cardio, is it possible to have flat abs while bulking?
I am not sure if you can keep flat abs while bulking but I can tell you the way I have been able to bulk without gaining fat. I must cut out all sugar and fast converting carbs. If I eat in a surplus and have even the slightest bit of rice, potatoes, pasta or bread I see an increase in gut size (sorry no six pack here). It is all about keeping my glucose level as low as possible without spikes. As long as I watch the type of carbs I eat I can add lean mass while dropping fat. Everyone is different so you will have to experiment.

My coach recommended 10 mins of hardcore rows 3 times a week. This has helped me but I must admit I'm genetically blessed when it comes to my abs. You will bloat with high calories and aas use especially is estrogen is not controlled. People ask me how I got my abs and honestly I say nothing, they are just there. I think it has a lot to do with genes when it comes to abs. That's why when you see bodybuilders there is a large variation of the size and look of abs.
