While cheezy I tend to find David Goggins speeches to be quite motivating. Especially when he talks about those days you "just don't wanna do it". Those are the most important days to get up and make yourself proud. Procrastination increases anxiety.As @TrenTrenTren pointed out. Discipline and motivation are two different things. You either want it or you don’t. Your discipline will dictate if you achieve your goals or you make excuses like your currently doing
It can turn a simple task into a rollercoaster of stress. Like losing weight, or one of my fears, people asking what happened to my phyisque lol. I'm quite proud of the progress i made and wouldn't want to lose it for some heavy caloric food that'll make me feel like shit.
