Lost all motivation

As @TrenTrenTren pointed out. Discipline and motivation are two different things. You either want it or you don’t. Your discipline will dictate if you achieve your goals or you make excuses like your currently doing
While cheezy I tend to find David Goggins speeches to be quite motivating. Especially when he talks about those days you "just don't wanna do it". Those are the most important days to get up and make yourself proud. Procrastination increases anxiety.

It can turn a simple task into a rollercoaster of stress. Like losing weight, or one of my fears, people asking what happened to my phyisque lol. I'm quite proud of the progress i made and wouldn't want to lose it for some heavy caloric food that'll make me feel like shit.

On the days where I really don't feel like going to the gym I just make a pre workout up and drink that, knowing full well I need to go and smash a workout then.

Me getting into the routine of the gym shouldn't be an issue it's the diet side of it at the moment. I just never fancy anything of a evening and tend to turn to fast food, I can track my calories throughout the day no issues eating clean then go to the gym after work, get home and eat shit which is pointless as hell!

Just looking for some motivation tips from you guys.

Some background info; I have ran 4 cycles in the past, test/dbol/npp. Haven't ran a cycle for 4 years and I also crashed my e2 last time I was on a cycle and also have lowish test/free test. My issue at the moment is I have no motivation to eat clean/train hard consistently, I will end up doing either one or the other for a few weeks and then eat a ton of shit. Around 24% bodyfat at the moment and holding most of it around my midsection.

I want/need to get my bodyfat down but can't seem to stay on track! Any tips&tricks (if there is any) would be appreciated!
Think about this brother: When you don't want to do it, that's the best time TO do it.

Doing it, especially when you don't want to do it, is the only way you will feel accomplished.

This is what separates you from 90 percent of all the rest of the idiots out there. Fuck them. You're different. People are amazed at your dedication. They wish they had it. They wish they could have a fraction of what you have. They can't do it. Because there's something in you that's different.

Have this mindset.

I 100% agree with you! The thing that pissed me off the most is I know I can do it as I've done it before it's just getting back into that routine and mindset of it! Soon as my partner conceives ill be 100% getting on test as atm I'm sitting around 300.

Appreciate all your replies!

Hey man....usually all it takes is that first hard session, where you leave everything in there, to get you going. Bust your ass that first hard time, and leave it all in there. Your muscle memory will start activating and your mind will respond to all those feel-good chemicals. Its magical. It just takes that first hard one.

A great NLP mental exercise to motivate you:

1.) Imagine your life when you achieve your goal.
2.) Literally step into the body you want, and notice how you feel.
3.)Write down how much all the aspects of life will improve with this goal accomplished.
4.) Absorb all the positive feelings and emotions, and realize that this laziness is the only thing in your way.
5.) Realize that this laziness is no match for all the positive emotions you have, and that you WANT to move your ass.

Now, lets do the opposite:

1.) Now imagine your life if you haven't accomplished your goal.
2.) Literally step into your fat ass, and notice how shitty you feel.
3.) Write down how shitty all aspects of your life will be, by not achieving your goal.
4.) Absorb all the negativity, and realize this is precisely what you don't want, and that the low-energy of not having the motivation, will be the main factor of this goal not being achieved.
5.) When you feel that negative bullshit, you realize it is not worth feeling this way, and if you don't change, everything will remain the same.

Hope this helps.
