I have been posting here and there.. Finally, I found the right place to post as a new member..

My name is Zeyad.. Im 34.. Im 235 lb have been lifting seriously for more than 12 years.. Before that i used to swim and lift just to stay fit for 4 years..

I think it is time to go to the next level..

Experts please help

What are your major lifts?

What are your goal? (size, strength, both?)

I am no expert.

If it is simply general health and strength you are looking for you wouldn't need AAS to do that.

Are you trying to compete in something or do you feel like your natural hormone levels are falling etc?

Not competing, at my age 34 y o of course my test level will go down..
 
before dumping anything into your body, schedule a blood test (check lab testing sub forum for more info),

before anyone can give you proper advice on AAS's, your baseline numbers are necessary
