Love Handles

Ok here's the deal. I'm about 5'7' 200lbs pretty thick and solid. my arms, legs, and chest are big and lean but, i can't get rid of my freakin love handles. when i up my cardio i just get smaller everywhere but my gut. my stomach is even really solid but it's just the sides that are flabby. any suggestions?

Ive got the same issue to a degree. Im lean all over, including even my abs. I can have a six pack and still have a little love handle action. Im not condoning it, but this is exactly what lipo is fordisproportionate fat storage on an otherwise lean person. Im considering having it one day, except mine arent really that badI think my expectations are too high. I had to get down to competition level leanness to get rid of mine which involved losing some serious muscle mass. It wasnt worth it but I wanted to see if I could get rid of them. So, thats how you get rid of them.

I suggest checking your expectations. Youre going to have some fat, even when youre lean. You cant be shredded all the time. Also, are you working obliques hard? My oblique muscles are large, so that kind of compounds it. I wouldnt do any heavy oblique work.

Heres a suggestion that helped me. Buy clothes with a loose fitting waist that sits more on your hips. Thatll keep your clothes from pushing your fat up.

sounds like there might be some insulin resistance going on. Excess insulin levels in the blood due to the resistance of the cells permeability to glucose causes excessive fat storage particularly in the mid section area. Many find that they have dense solid stomachs but fat accumulation deep below-the most dangerous kind-and on the sides. This is also seen as a marker for potential diabetes type II down the road. It's probably not a matter of cardio and diet will help but sooner or later genetics and biology take over. Have you had a fasting blood glucose test and also a urine test to see if you had excessive sugar or protein in it, The reason your body isn't burning the stubborn fat around the midsection (where males tend to get it) iis because the insulin keeps replacing the fat you burn with more fat. I had the same problem and they put me on a diabetic diet and really limited my sugar plus chromium and alpha lipoic acid , there's others as well and I lost my handles in know time and I can see my abs now even when I stop working out for two weeks. That used to be absurdity as I trained 24/7 for almost no results(diminishing returns) Also have your thyroid checked..I insisted even when the doctor said it was absurd and that he was sure I wasn't hypo thyroid. I insisted and finally just to shut me up he did an ultra sound and sure enough my thyroid gland was indeed goiter due to hypothyroidism. He wet his pants a little (lol) jk..he just apologized and put me on t3/t4 all natural combo and now I'm doing great.

Tren helped alot and diet was not that good either .. also, no cardio at all for me with 30min workouts maybe 4-5 days/week at the time

hgh fat spot reduction
too much trouble and money unless competing ... Tren and good diet .. it's a genetic thing obviously ... Let me guess your a polock? ... that's where i get mine LOL

this makes sense. there is some history of diabectic isues in my family, but, i didn't realize that sugar crap could be storing the extra around my gut. i'm gonna try doing a diabetic type diet and see what i get. i know that cardio is not an issue as i get plenty of it and i refuse to chalk it up to genetics and say i'll just have a gut forever. i'm gonna keep up the cardio and mix up my diet and all that kinda stuff until i find what works. i just think the whole "it's genetics face it" mentality is a cop out. i know genetics may be causing me to store the fat but it doesn't mean i can't battle it. i might try some of the Tren stuff as well.

Check this site out, its got some good cardio stuff. 400m and interval running, worth a look:
