Low dose DNP study

I took 200mg ED for two weeks and towards the end of the first week I was definately feeling lethargic and breathing heavy. My workouts began to suffer although I did loose about 6-7lbs. Does anyone believe that 200mg EOD would be worth the effort or is that too little of a dose to be effective?

I don't get it. You lost weight. Wouldn't that make it worth it?

I took 200mg ED(Every Day). I was asking if I lowered the dosage to 200mg EOD(Every Other Day) to cut down on some of the sides that I experienced, is still in the effective dose range.

I am finding the same to be true. 200mg eod works very well. The only sides I seem to get are profuse sweating in the gym and slightly elevated body temp. I think 200mg eod is more effective than any amount of clen, for fat loss.

Ok guys, heres the scoop on low dose of DNP
I ahve tried EVERYTHING to lose stubborn midsection bodyfat, from clen to T# to adkins to 4IU a day hgh. The hgh had some effect, but the rest really didnt.
All of this was done with a decent diet and 4days a week min exercise.
I have been attempting to lose this wt for YEARS now. Id go up to 241 etc when heavy lifting and get really bulked, but the fat around my midsection NEVER changed no matter what.

So I started on 200mg eod of DNP, and 50mcg's of T3. A week later I bumped to 200mg DNP ed and upped my T3 to 60mg (30mg, 2x/day, 12 hours apart, slow relaese, compounded version)

I am 41 and weighed 231 when I started. Now the funny thing is that since I started I have eaten the same, and have done NO exercise due to my work schedule.

Its been about 3 weeks and I am 215 as of today. The DNP makes me sweat alot, but I dont feel tired a bit. At this rate I will have dropped 5lbs a week. My strength and muscle size really hasnt changed much, just around my abs and waist line it seems. I drink 2 gals a of water a day and a whole V8 32 oz a day to boot, plus a whole regime of vitamins which I took all along.

So my goal is to stay on it at the current dose, restart my exercise routine tomorrow and see if the results are expounded. I am more than happy with 5lbs a week loss. My goal wt is 195lbs, which will put me at about 14%bf, which Iwant to stay at for a while, then try to go lower.

Time to reorder!

Congrats on the progress and thanks for reminding me about this thread. I had read it before but had forgotten about it when I started my own asking about this exact subject.

I would also say short low dose cycles can definitely accelerate fat loss while being WAY healthier.

Generally speaking, taking large doses of DNP would be like taking tons of gear. Often you'll reach a point of diminishing returns, where the sides increase more without much increase in the desired effect. They're not exactly the same thing, but I think you catch my drift.

You'd gain a shitload of muscle on 5g of test a week, but why would you do that when 500mg could give you great gains with less sides? 800mg ED of DNP might make you shed fat like crazy, but the sides will be very high and you could achieve impressive results with less sides with a smaller dosage.

Just a thought.

Absolutely great point my friend. Great logic indeed.

Sounds like its working some. I do have one question. If you were not exercising due to your work schedule then how do you know there was no loss in strength? Also I should state that at the end of my last cycle I used T3 and lost alot of weight but it was mostly muscle.

Are you using AAS right now?

H's shit is the bomb. The only effects Im having real trouble with are the night sweats as that seems to be when its the worst ( more than the gym). Im only taking 400 a day with 4 days left on a 10 day cycle. The funny thing is that my girl is taking 400 a day too and she fine at night ( bitch ).

Anyway keep us posted. I love these little DNP studies we have going on here at Meso.

In my daily routine I am lifting and doing physical activity, none of which seems to be affected. No heavy breathing, no weakness, etc. I may actually curl less, but I am losing size in my gut and waist, so Im betting its fat. I just sweat profusely.
I am also on 200mg/wk of T cypionate for HRT as well.

You have your girl on DNP? That's not a good idea, bro.
She's never having children and it was her choice. I didnt put her on it. She really researched and I tryed to be the voice of reason saying what if someday you want kids...you take that pill and it all ends. She said I thought long and hard about it and I havnt come this far to blast my shit out having kids.

I hear you though..her tolerance is very high.

Frosty said:
No offense to her, but unless she's 40, I dunno that she can be so sure. Unless she hates kids or something, I dunno.

So long as she knows...it is her decision in the end.
She's sure. She wants to raise pits or boxers when we buy our house.

I dont have my copy right in front of me, but I dont recall any notes about dnp in it. Duchaine did write quite a bit about dnp in his "Dirty Dieting" newsletter. I think you can get reprints of all those from qfac.com
