Low dose DNP

I'd like to do a longer, low dose of H's stuff. I'm thinking 200 eod for a month. At 200, I had mild effects, nothing too seriously. What I'd like to be able to do, though, is try 200 eod and still be able to play basketball.

I was doing 400 and it wasn't even a consideration. Never mind just the energy, I was so hot all the time, I think I would've burned up and dehydrated.

My concern is, even at that low a level, am I safe to do a higher intensity cardio like play hoops? I try to jog in the morning but like to get in a few games per week as well and don't like giving that up, but I also want to be safe.

Has anyone tried the 200 eod for a long period and have some opinions on its effectiveness?

hey bro I would run 200mg a day not every other day I did it for 20 days and it was fine, but I personally think that the high mg 10 day cycles are better.

I know that the higher dosage cycles will work better, but my goal is to supplement my fat loss while living my normal lifestyle rather than ceasing to exist for a period of time.

I'm theorizing that at 200 eod, it would still be far more effective than ECA but still allow me to workout normally and do things I enjoy like playing basketball a few times a week or, hell, walk my dog in the middle of the day in Florida.

That's the point of my original post, though. I wasn't sure if I'd be at risk by playing hoops while on such a low dose. I know I didn't have the energy to play at 400, but also wouldn't have dared risk dehydrating myself.
 
dude.....in some of the text about the history of dnp they talk about people who did even lower doses than that for long periods of time...and got fat loss results...with relatively few side effects....and this is before we know about anti-oxidants, taurine, ala and such....i have heard it speculated that your idea would be ideal for staying active, but i have never heard the results of someone who tried it.....the text was either something from the dnp posts (H's) or something duchaine published in his newsletter...wish i could be more help...keep us posted...

Thanks. I'll go back through all of them and see. I've probably read it before but I've read so many different DNP threads, I might've sweated out the knowledge on my last cycle. :)

Why is that? Can you give some insight? I am interested in H Dnp as well.
