I'd like to do a longer, low dose of H's stuff. I'm thinking 200 eod for a month. At 200, I had mild effects, nothing too seriously. What I'd like to be able to do, though, is try 200 eod and still be able to play basketball.
I was doing 400 and it wasn't even a consideration. Never mind just the energy, I was so hot all the time, I think I would've burned up and dehydrated.
My concern is, even at that low a level, am I safe to do a higher intensity cardio like play hoops? I try to jog in the morning but like to get in a few games per week as well and don't like giving that up, but I also want to be safe.
