Low dose Naltrexone. Anyone here doing this?

Naltima is good. I've bought a few boxes of it, and it's fine. Just follow the standard protocols, starting at 2.0mg and ramping up to 4.5mg for a few months. You want to start low due to potential sides. It can disrupt sleep. You want to try and time it with your body's natural peak release of endorphins while you sleep, but I've recently read you can dose it during the day if you just cannot tolerate it at night. I don't think it would be ideal, however. You want those endorphins backed up like blue balls so when the blockade falls, those sensitivity-amped up receptors, along with their increased number, get saturated. The body doesn't peak during waking hours, but there will still be a blockade and corresponding increase in sensitivity and density. You just won't get the benefit of that natural nightly spike.. unless the sensitivity and density increase carries forward and doesn't lessen throughout day? Never thought about that.

I have tried this and I call Naltrexone "the no fun drug". It literately take all the fun out of everything. Sex, food, driving fast, jerking off, etc. It keeps you from feeling any kind of dopamine rush. However, it is a great tool if you have some kind habit you want to kick or just need a dopamine detox.

Its supposed to be very effective for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

However, Its initial design is to help 'Drug Addicts' from withdrawal ...

Naltrexone does not help really with the symptoms of withdrawl. That's what they give benzos for. This med is used to help prevent a relapse.
I'm no expert on the subject, but I'd have to agree with your assertion.

NOT SURE how it works with Chronic Fatigue,... i'll have to do more research!

It cured my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia pain from long covid, boosted my T, and started me out on the journey that led me here. Most people don't respond as well as I did.

I doubt it has significant benefits for people in good health.

The dose is less than 10% of what's used in addiction treatment and the effects are different.

4.5mg, like most people. I started in December 2023 and the full dose kicked in in March 2024. Went from barely being able to work two days a week to full-time now.

I should do an introduction post with a few more details. An interesting effect was that it made all of my hormone signaling and feedback mechanisms work better (i believe fixing parasympathetic nervous system feedback is one of the main ways it functions). I noticed my muscles growing, experimented with enclomiphene, and now am self-administering TRT and a number of peptides (and low-dose pwo orals lol).

My current state of health and personal fitness goals don't allow for or require actual cycles but outside of that I'm enjoying experimenting with PEDs.
