The key to preventing night sweats is avoid eating carbs after 5pm and take magnesium threonate before bed. Calms the central nervous system. Also great for brain health in general. My neurosurgeon put me onto it.

Uhmmm I dont think that applies to those using tren... could be wrong? The key to preventing night sweats is avoid eating carbs after 5pm and take magnesium threonate before bed. Calms the central nervous system. Also great for brain health in general. My neurosurgeon put me onto it.
Can you drop the brands you used for the ancilliaries? For those interested, after decades of messing with this all I take for protection is the following:
- 2000mg NAC split morning & night
- 1200mg TUDCA split morning & night
- 600mg Cranberry extract split morning & night
- 500mg CoQ-10 split morning & night
- 40mg Telmisartan Nightly on blasts
- 10mg Rosuvastatin nightly on blasts
Milk thistle extract works very well also. Not good of traveling but for at home. Can you drop the brands you used for the ancilliaries?
I stopped milk thistle. It just doesn’t compare to combo of NAC and TUDCA. Not a bad supplement, just ROI is significantly lowerMilk thistle extract works very well also. Not good of traveling but for at home.
1 table spoon in the am daily.
Then only need Nac and Tudca really.
What about UDCA? I'm taking a shit ton of it for my gallbladder stones. I noticed it improved my Gamma GTI stopped milk thistle. It just doesn’t compare to combo of NAC and TUDCA. Not a bad supplement, just ROI is significantly lower

Prob just takes it due to being on statin? What does coq10 do for you?
100% it does. Take 200 medium to high glycemic carbs after 8pm, then do less than 30 low glycemic. Fun little experiment… on the _low_ carb day.. lolUhmmm I dont think that applies to those using tren... could be wrong?

This is precisely how to avoid night sweats when using tren. Try it and see the next time you cycle itUhmmm I dont think that applies to those using tren... could be wrong?
It's interesting because on tren if I have a quick nap or rest for a bit after eating my body temp goes up and I start sweating bad. I actually enjoy the feeling lolThis is precisely how to avoid night sweats when using tren. Try it and see the next time you cycle it
Have you ever done Tren before ?Gonna run 10mg of Tren Ace a day, so 70mg a week. Any issue running this for 14 weeks of my 20 week cycle (500mg test base and 250mg EQ)?
I can certainly run it less time, and I do plan on getting labs every 6 weeks and adjusting accordingly.
Takes tren once.Have you ever done Tren before ?
what are you trying to achieve by including this in your stack? and what else are you doing with it? and how have you responded to those other some things? it's nice to hear what other people have to say it kind of gives you a feel for what could lie ahead down the road but at the same time everybody's a little bit different. Tren isn't magic and there's always a lot to deal with psychologically.

Thanks. My pre-cycle HS CRP was .2 but I'll check it again after 4 weeks on tren.Biggest concern would be lipids and HsCRP (assuming you don't experience bad night sweats, prolactin issues, and all the other fun stuff). If HsCRP is in check you can manage HDL obliteration with lowering your LDL with statins / Zetia. I tolerate tren very well personally and that's actually a bad thing because I'm constantly thinking about using it. But just watch that hsCRP. If it's in range you should be ok.
This is my first time running tren. I've been on TRT for 8 months and I'm 6 weeks into a blast consisting of 500mg T and 250mg EQ. Also running HGH the last 7 weeks. Bloodwork is perfect so far. I've done blasts a long time ago - like 20-25 years ago but anabolics from then until I started TRT last year.Have you ever done Tren before ?

The nutrient partitioning aspect of tren entices me, but I'm also just curious to see how I respond to various compounds. For example I ran 4 weeks of 50mg Anavar daily and I got literally nothing out of it other than an HDL hit. Pumps were better I guess but that was it. So I learned Anavar isn't for me. So just doing a similar experiment with Tren.
I'm older, kids are grown, super healthy with perfect bloodwork, etc. so just sort of gently experimenting with a few things.
