LOW LH and testosterone after my last cycle.

Hello bro.
I'm a 27-year-old male and I recently went through a 16-weeks-cycle.

This was my third cycle, The cycle consisted of:
Testosterone Cypionate 500mg/week
Deca Durabolin 400mg/week
Equipoise 200mg/week
Trenbolone enanthate 240mg/week.

I did a cycle from April 13th to August 2nd (16 weeks), and took Arimidex and cabergoline during the cycle.

I took 500 IU of hcg once every 3 days during the cycle. Until August 10th.

Afterwards, the PCT was to take 40mg of tamoxifen on August 14th and 15th, and 20mg from August 16th to September 27th (total of 45 days). Clomid was also used, divided into 50mg in the morning and 50mg in the evening. I took clomid from August 14th to September 12th (30 days).

By the way, I had a blood test a few days ago, and the results were very bad.

FSH: 0.91 mlU/mL (normal male range is 1.5 to 12.4)
LH: 0.77mlU/mL (normal male range is 1.7 to 8.6)
Prolactin: 0.27ng/mL (normal male range is 4.04 to 15.2)
Testosterone: 1.26ng/mL (normal male range is 2.49 to 8.36)
Test results for estrogen are not yet available. The hospital said the results would come out tomorrow.

What should I do in this situation?
In my opinion, there is no need to use more hcg since the testes are normal in size.
Can triptorelin injection help? Or would it be better to take more clomid and get a blood test every week?
I'm wondering if I should just go into the Cruise and Blast cycle going forward (Because I have no plans to have children in the future..)
I don't have much objection to pinning a dose of TRT, but having to take it for the rest of my life feels burdensome.
What would you do if you were me?

PCT again. You did not wait long enough for deca and eq to clear your system. Actually, you didn't even wait long enough for the test or tren to clear either. The test and tren wouldve taken about 4 weeks to clear and the deca and eq more like 6-7 weeks. You were attempting to PCT while the drugs were still in your system.

Deca and eq really aren't meant for people who don't b&c. As the above poster explained, your PCT was way to early. Have you not done any research at all on these compounds? Drug pharmacokinetics are more or less one of the first things one should look at.

I think there was a lack of understanding about half-life for me. In fact, since half-life literally means 'time for it to be reduced by half', I thought I would have to wait for half-life repeatedly until it reached the level of testosterone that the body produces on its own. However, I ran into problems due to my greed to start PCT as quickly as possible. Thank you for your reply.

By the way, what do you think about going straight into B&C in my current state? I mean, entering the cruise state (125mg/week, cypionate injection once a week).. Honestly, repeating the PCT over and over again feels burdensome to me. Even if I start B&C, would it be better to establish a normal Testo level through PCT before starting?

I did something stupid. Thank you for your comment.

What do you think about entering b&c? I'm still single, but I don't have any plans to have children, so I don't have to worry about sperm. I'm contemplating between doing the PCT again or entering cruise.. I would like to ask for your opinion.

If you can truly tell yourself you don’t want children and are okay with potentially never regaining fertility, I’d go for b&c. I cranked out 1 kid and was done so I hopped back on TRT and b&c now

Thank you so much bro.

I have no concerns about infertility..
However, I am concerned about testicular atrophy. Have you used hCG during b&c? Especially in the blast section.

freeze sperm. It costs a little but will be worth it in case you change your mind. Go B&C, you’re taking tren, deca and EQ. I doubt you’ll stop taking those compounds so you shouldn’t be cycling while taking such long ester suppressive compounds anyways.

HCG messes with my hormones too much and the ability to keep them in range. I save it for the cruise only and it restores size. Trying to seriously bodybuild while taking HCG is a big hassle in my opinion

Thank you. It seems that hcg should be used intermittently when testicular atrophy occurs. Right?

I don’t mean to be a fly in the B&C love discussion here but I think you are reviewing a major life decision here in your 20s and should be aware of how incredibly life changing this is.

What was your precycle test levels at? If you were bellow 300 ng/dl then this decision makes sense. If you were at 500-1000 then you should be able to return to those levels doing a proper PCT. As mentioned you just hit it too early. Your naturally produced test is always the best for your body.

B&C is way easier to manage and allows you to be in the drivers seat. However, it can also be a lifetime commitment. Many also slip on the B&C method into being at 1000-1500 test level all the time as it’s easy to do and feels good, this is commonly called TRT plus and it’s kinda like bieng on a mini cycle all the time with all the associated health impacts.

Either way it’s up to you.

Before this cycle, my test level was above 700. Then you recommend for me to do pct and recover the natural test level?

Nowadays my feeling and drive is like a shit due to low Testosterone.. It makes me hesitate to make the decision.

Above 700 is pretty good. There’s no reason you cant return with a PCT now that you have cleared everything. Your drive is in the gutter because you didn’t reboot and are suffering from low t. PCT is the harder path and not guaranteed to get you back above 700 but it’s the long term health path.

After PCT with the right timing and your bloods show still low t then you can always go the TRT pathway.
