low-mid estrone levels on boldenone cyp

I got back my ~4.5 weeks bloods on Test C 250/Bold C 400/5iu HGH. I was also gobbling HCG and dbol at the time of the test to fight my crashing E2. As you can see: TT: ~1500, Estrone (LC/MS) 18, E2 sensitive 12.7

I will say that leading up to this, my estrogen management was chaotic since it's my first time with bold so I didn't know how it would affect my E2. My impression though was that raising E1 happened to pretty much anyone though.

Any reason for me to get another estrone test later after a few weeks of stable hormones or is it simple as that? Those whole time I was expecting a high score.

Good to see more E1 labwork.
Almost every place I've seen that says that EQ produces an elevated E1 is not running the right (LCMS) test.

Guess that makes 3 labs on the forum showing E1 is not elevated on EQ/Bold but rather drops or crashes, depending on dose.

There's no point tracking E1 tho, except out of curiosity. The E1 LCMS test is really expensive, and even if crashed, doesn't really make a difference imo.

You're going to need to wait 5-6 weeks with bold cyp. Why in the world did you run it so high and the test so low? Adding in dbol as a "fix" is just adding more chaos.

I don't think i've ever seen anyone, maybe one other person on this board, run boldenone higher than test. What was the rationale there? These results are exactly what would be expected with this regimen. High quality DHEA 100 mg / day may help bump your E2.

Happy to talk about my cycle in my cycle log but I don't want to get too far off topic and will try to stick just to boldenone+estrogen here.

After this test I switched to E2 Cyp to keep E2 up, which I didn't have on hand to start off. I agree dbol and HCG to keep E2 up are not ideal, I just didn't know whether I would be one of the people for whom boldenone increased or decreased (or didn't touch) E2 ahead of time.

Ok I knew about yours, what is the third? Do we know of any LC/MS estrone tests that are elevated in people taking boldenone?

I guess the best N=1 evidence we could get was someone spending the money to get both tests, but ehhh I don't care to spend $100+ on a number that doesn't matter to my health. I was fine with spending the ~$65 for this test to satisfy my curiosity but that's about my limit, lol.

Would be great if we knew more about what that test was (was it LC/MS?) and the lab's range @dinfaralt

Well I see it says the E2 is LC/MS but it doesn't say that listed for the E1. Did he say so elsewhere? Good catch on the SD though, that's about as good as having the distribution.

most bloodwork on e1 is lcms because our levels are so low normal immunoassay can't detect it. neither can it in postmenupausal women.

it just dosent say lcms even tho it is lcms

I just started e2 cyp 2 weeks ago, planning on pulling labs in 2.5 weeks but just sensitive e2

well this answers it im pretty sure

østradiol = estradiol

eastron(bad translation of østrone = estrone

and østriol = Estriol e3.

idk about ranges, i just know the numbers and go out from them. if you care about the sd score.

the danish system works like only a doctor is supposed to read the bloodwork. no interface mean't for normal users. whole system is basically build around you never pay for anything for the doctor since all healthcare is free.

besides when i need bloodwork because im on steroids then the doctor dont wanna play...

im happy tho because i found a doctor who wanna interprept my bloodwork and he knows more about it than me. so i always go to him to read through it and he always teaches me somthing i dont know.

Yup that's my plan over the next several weeks. I dropped the HCG, the Dbol, not fucking with my Test/Bold doses anymore, just running E2 Cyp at 0.3mg EOD (1.05mg/week) for 3 weeks and seeing where it lands me. I did frontload the E2 a bit with 1mg to start off since I knew I was in the gutter with how much HCG and dbol I was gobbling and still having low E2 symptoms but by 3 weeks I should have a pretty stable reading I think. Then I'll adjust from there and test again in 3 more weeks. I'm being careful to get good data on this so I can make use of it for future cycles. The idea of knowing the right dose to always having E2 dialed in for any cycle with an AAS that acts as an AI at a rate that beats any aromatizing compounds is worth it.

There's a few threads about these kinds of cycles floating around now.
