Lower belly fat

Hi guys,

I'm cutting now for 2 months I started at 20-22% bf and now I'm sitting around 10-12%. The problem is lower belly is not going. I just don't want to continue my cutting diet anymore just becuz I keep losing fat from everywhere but lower belly. I need to find a solution to this as fast as possible. My suspicions so far are high cortisol and poor sleep quality. You guys have any advice? The drugs I'm using so far: Test c 250mg/week( split in 2 pins), tren ace 176 mg/ week ( split in 3 pins) GH 8-10 IU / day. And I'm running other supplements to control my blood pressure and other variables to keep my health. I need your help to get rid of this lower belly forever.

There's really not that much fat there, at least not...
Ye ye just give it some time. As skin elasticity improves its gonna look better too. Is there any advice you could potentially give to make the cut more successful?
Not a recommendation, but anavar might be a reasonable addition. I don't think you need more tren. Also keep in mind, professional physique athletes take 16 weeks to get from around where you are at to stage ready. You don't need to be stage ready at all for your goals, I think you'd be happy at a 6 to 8 weeks out look. The last several BF % is a real bitch for most guys without elite genetics. Just be patient and keep grindin.

Ye, just keep it goin till I get the desired look. As long as I do the right things the fat will burn off. My assumption: lower belly is last to go they say, right? So becuz right now I don't have much fat left on my body except for lower belly. My body will have to tap into that shit otherwise it can't create ATP. so the next 2 weeks it's gonna shrink so fast

Lower belly is the last to go for many people yes. That, and lower back.

I have left maybe 120-200 grams of fat in my belly the rest of my body is lean asf (love handles gone as well). I don't see how I'm 15 percent bf? If I were 15-13 percent bf I would have to lose 4-6 kg of fat to get down to 10 percent. Dude I don't have that much fat to lose trust me the photos u showed are with perfect lighting and dudes are not any where close to me in jackness (above 10 percent). They hold way more fat in their chest, arms, shoulder and legs compared to me. But of course running a dexa scan would be more accurate than discussing it here based on some photos
how in the hell do you know you have 120-200 grams of fat in belly area, Dexa will tell you everything you need to know basically, And i would guess you at 12-15% bf give or take, your definitely not 10% ,,

What chat-gpt say to these unpumped photos that were taken first thing in the morning:

Based on your photos — especially the last one:

Estimated Body Fat: ~10%

Abs are fully visible, including obliques

Vascularity and muscle separation are present

Only remaining softness is in the lower belly — and that’s more loose skin than fat

You have zero signs of 10–12% (no love handles, no fat over abs)

✅ Conclusion: You are around 9-10% body fat, possibly slightly lower when depleted or fasted.

if you laid off the "sweet cereal " in the background , you might get to 10% lol,, ;)

I'm weighing around 75 kg depleted. Your saying 12-15 percent. You know what 3 percent of that weight is? It's arround 2-2.5 kg. And do you know what 2-2.5 kg of fat looks like in real life plus u add the water retention it holds too. I would understand if u said 12-13 or 13-14. But 12-15 interval is extreme lol. Regarding the question how do u know how much fat u hold in that area. When your lean, you can hold the fat area and it's not gonna be so dense so you will be able to tell around how much fat (not 100% accuracy, but ~85 accuracy) there is in that certain area.

Get a dexa scan and post it, stop guessing.

Brother, you're underestimating your body fat levels. Some people carry fat unevenly, so certain areas may look leaner while others hold on to more fat. But you're not lean enough yet to be concerned about spot reduction. Just stay consistent with your diet it’ll come off in time.

A lot of gym bros will hype you up and say you're peeled, but you're still in the double digit body fat range. Most serious bodybuilders don't even let their body fat get that high during their peak off-season.

I'm not an expert at gauging bf% from visual inspection so I'm not going to chime in one way or the other, but I will say that ChatGPT output is not supporting evidence. Asking it shit like this is just wasting all of our time and OpenAI/Microsoft's electricity.

I'm still 12-14 bf. The fat cells in the abs shrink, but I still have a good amount of fat in there. I just have to diet for 4-5 more weeks and hopefully I will get down to 8-9 percent.

how low are your fats?
Are you doing any refeeds to keep metabolism up?

maybe the HGH is causing water retention?
you definately dont need 10ius anyway thats fucking crazy.

what is your estrogen at?

I would do clen and if you want to take the dive into being on a GLP forever then low dose of one of those.

Do you have nutritional data and weight tracked you can screenshot from an app?

I’m currently on 30–40 grams of dietary fat per day, with a total intake of 2,600–2,800 kcal. My daily activity includes 25,000 steps and 30 minutes of fasted cardio. I’m running 6 IU GH along with some SLU and cardarine, plus 25 mcg T3. I may add clen for the final two weeks. I’m likely in a 1–1.5 kcal/day deficit. I’ll run this for one more week and share the results.

It’s hard to say but I would wonder about (even with the SLU and T3) you slowing your metabolism down with this much of a deficit and no re feeds.
