Lowest effective dose of trenbolone?

I use a vagus nerve stimulator made by Hoolest that works pretty well to address anxiety. CBD tincture is also anxiolytic.
CBD doesn’t work for a lot of folks with PTSD.

There are also those that say they are concerned about drug testing. (Yes I know it isn’t _supposed_ to have THC but have seen too many ppl pop positive, I think like supplements regulation is poor.)

First time I ran tren ace on a cut I started at 100mg and went up to 200 over 6 weeks. No negative sides at all. 1 week into second run and started at 220 and still no bad sides. Sleep fine mood fine and really hungry most the time still. If running around 200 this time for a bit longer still brings about no sides for me I’m seriously considering adding it to my next bulk cycle at 200mg for its anabolism and nutrient partioning abilities. Thinking 300 test 250-300 dhb and then 200 tren ace would be a nice building cycle.

The stuff I use is from Alliant Hemp. It’s “full spectrum” which includes trace amounts of THC, but is low enough to pass under federal law. There are also isolate forms with no THC. If someone is drug tested, i’m not sure I would risk it in either case.

I chose that company as the price is as low as I’ve seen (~$6/gram), the product is consistent and well-tested. The dose I use is 100-200mg which is pretty stiff by comparison to most CBD products.

Fortunately. Federal law and PPM testing are very different standards. (I work in a safety inclined industry) What will trigger a positive testing result and what is non criminal are two different things. (State or federal)

Employers generally have a zero tolerance position when on duty for randoms or pre employment. A medical examiner will not accept your explanation on the testing and you will be out of a job in all likelihood.

Example: If you remember Hemp seed protein was all the rage 20 years ago. I even tried it. Bunch of athletes and body builders lost their jobs. I even knew one guy personally that it happened to. (Not a pro) Hemp seed has very nominal levels.

Employment testing is exceptionally sensitive

I believe you. However, living in California, this is not something I have any experience with, that and the fact that my industry does absolutely zero drug testing.

In my opinion, you can achieve great results with low doses of Tren. Both in the build-up (to lower cortisol) and in the diet. When building up, 200mg/week works very well. In the diet 350mg/week.
Of course, it is important to have blood tests!

150mg a week would serve most people very well, easily injected Mon Wed Fri. I swore off Tren awhile back, now I have it in at this dose more often than not if I am *blasting*.

Lets not pretend more isnt better but I can run 150mg a lottttt longer than I can run 500mg and with far less sides.

I like the idea of adding it in low dose on building phases. Thinking 150-200mg weekly is more anabolic than most other PEDs I would normally add in. Was planning 300 test 250 dhb 300 mast but now thinking swipe mast out and add tren ace at 200.
 
Running 70mg/week currently as an add-on in my bulking cycle. Last summer I ran 210/week , but it was quite exhausting as the poor sleep quality catches up with you.
 
The lethargy is the worst for me, and i don't think it's from lack of sleep, because i was still getting 6-7 hours of sleep on tren, but i was just so fucking tired all day long, except for the 2 hours i was at the gym.

feels so toxic to the body even with low doses

70mg is what I ran this year and I had zero negative side effects. I could slightly feel a change in my emotions, Not anger but less empathy for others. Usually I’m a very empathetic person to people I know in my day to day. At 120mg a week the anger sets in. It’s weird because at 350mg a week I feel less mean than 120. Crazy road rage though lol. Maybe just life variables going on? No idea. But I’d def say it’s effective at 70mg ace a week.
 
At 50mg eod I had zero sides. I will say a deep calorie deficit ruins my mood/attitude after awhile. Sometimes I think people mix that up with a tren side effect since tren is usually ran during a cut/fat loss phase
 
Tren for me has been super kind. Ran it up from 100-200 at the start of my cut for 5 weeks no issues at all. Picked it back up now and plan to run it to the end of my cut around Xmas. Running it at 220 a week with 200 test 150 DHB. So far zero negative sides, sleep great! Hungry still on the cut! No crazy anger at all, feel pretty chilled to be honest, not mad high labido….normal from what I can tell. Literally all good! Might add it in on my next bulk as it’s really being ok with me. Funnily enough NPP and Deca put me in a hole with depression come week 10-12. So far love tren.
 
I ran 10mg a day and only made it 5 weeks before sides started in and I had to drop it so clearly less than 70mg a week for me atleast.
 
I had very solid results with tren ace 10mg daily injections for total of 8 weeks.

If I was to do it again:

1. would stick with daily quad injections the whole cycle. (last few weeks I switched to daily delt injections and developed some respiratory issues)

2. Take advantage of the full 8 weeks on it with no distractions. I met a girl second week into this cycle and it was my downfall.

Tren cycle: 8 weeks
Dating her: week 2-week 8.

The relationship with her came crashing down so hard at the end. We are no longer on speaking terms, the last few things she said to me was
“you offend me, I have never offended you” , “this is the second time you have crossed the line” , “I don’t think keeping communication would be good”

So I learned my lesson with Tren, stay focused the whole cycle lol. Definitely wasted time away from the gym being with her. But despite that I still was getting solid results for half assing my lifting schedule.
