Lowest effective dose of trenbolone?

I did 100mg of Tren-A a week for 10 weeks in a calorie deficit and added about a inch to my arms. I was also on 220mg a week of Test-C and obviously was focusing on arm development.
Curious how you set up your training for arms and what you did?
They're by far my worst body part and while they're growing it's just real slow compared to everything else.

I might give 25-50mg a week another attempt during my ongoing cutting phase, intrigued by the potential to improve IGF/Insulin sensitivity.

Great question. I do one or two warmups, then move into working sets. I do 8-15 reps, and use progressive overload by either, increasing weight or adding sets.

70-75mg Tren A per week is all you need if:

1. It’s from a legit source
2. You know how to train
3. You know how to eat

anyone who says they don’t see results from Tren A at 70-100mg per week either :

1 Has fake Tren
2. Has no idea what the fuck they are doing with anything in life

3. Assumes the lack of negative side effects means it isn’t working

Im always amazed when people can so definitively say it isn’t doing anything. Makes you wonder what their metric for doing something is.

Anything from 100 to 1000 per week is effective in it's own right, depending on your personal tolerance to said drug, how much are you willing to push it and your goals.

Everybody is different, what I can tell you is that for me perhaps 300 is where the good things outweight the bad and it's worth it.

However, I don't use it anymore. I just don't like feeling like a machine on a mission. I'm not one of those who get mental and other nasty sides, but whoever you are tren still changes you. Like it or not.

They say you're lucky if you can handle tren, I say it's the opposite. Most people and I mean like 90+ % of steroid users, don't need it. There are better ways to achieve your goals while also being way more sustainable in the long run.

There's a reason most users eventually give up the Tren. You can see many goodbye posts about it. There is a big differrence when you start out 1-2 years in to AAS compared to 5+ years, you start to think differently.

Have you ever tried Tren at 70-75mg per week ?

a quote from Derek @ MPMD.

See below

“If you take a look at the official product page for Finaplix-H, which are the original pellets of Trenbolone still used to this day in cattle; the dosage given to a giant cow to bulk it up is 200 mg.

That's one 200 mg Trenbolone implant for one cow.

Somehow, we've ended up with 200 pound bodybuilders (who are humans, not cows) that are using 400 – 600 mg of Tren per week on their first cycle

It's just complete nonsense”

I don't talk about what I don't understand or never tried. You don't see me talking about Ment for example, because I have never used it and I don't know much to speak and offer my opinion.

No, I have never tried taking Tren that low. Have I considered? Yes, but I have taken it in the dosages that I have stated in my comment. I'm not some great responder to steroids in general, overall I respond better than average, I guess. But that's about it.

I just share my own experience from what I learned during my 6+ years of BnC journey.

I suggest to follow TypeIIx if you want to read more technical side of things. I have not so much to offer here apart from some knowledge about steroids, diet and my own personal experience.

What are his credentials on steroid science? Looking at his bio he has no academic credentials (BS doesn’t count, need post graduate work). What makes him different from Kurt Havens or Vigorous Steve who use science as a way to confuse or misinform their viewers?

The reality is there is very little academic research on steroids and most of what we know is inferred from research done on very specific populations with serious medical issues or by generalizing information from known properties of the compounds. This type of research is very difficult even for people with decades of academic or industry experience in the field they are researching because it requires so much scientific background to know you aren’t making inconsistent generalizations. I tend to be skeptical of a lot of these “science” based fitness personalities for this reason, it doesn’t feel genuine and they’re usually wrong a lot. Would love to be proven wrong here because I know he is an active contributor here and I think he means well, I just have no clue where his information is coming from and why I should trust it. This how we end up with people saying the extra carbon ring on test cyp caps your serum levels or some shit, they run with generalizations and apply them to things that don’t make sense.

I think he looks at a lot of studies through an academic lens to try to figure out what qualifies as good information to share with us. I also thought he was working towards his PhD but I don't know the guy at all, just going off of what I'm sure I heard at some point.
