its really not that different at all.
i would say the biggest difference, aside from the potency and duration, is peoples perception and society's acceptance. after all, one is a "drug" and one is a "medicine".

their in the business for the money and they will sell LSD to a 12 year old if they have the cash. and that IS their fault..

when I was a kid, I had harder time getting beer, liquor, and cigarettes, than I did getting drugs. the two most deadly, albeit legal drugs, require and ID. ive never been carded by a drug dealer.

Not interesting but very troubling is a very good friend of mine out of Washington State is in Federal custody for distributing LSD...for the second time. He was a Deep Web vendor and LLama family member/life long hippie.
Met him in Federal prison back in 2009 where he was doing 12yrs(believe it was 12) for distributing and "Supplying 90% of the LSD to all the states West of the Mississippi"(feds put a lot on it). Being this is his second arrest for LSD if he is convicted he is looking at a mandatory minimum 20yr sentence. Sucks.

Dont know about prolactin treatment but... Microdosing Ketamine is being used successfully to treat depression. Last resort for some that seems to be improving people's mental well-being substantially. A friend is looking into that for treatment.

I used to drop acid from time to time. Fun times, only negative side effects I ever felt were stomach cramps. Partially from laughing for 8 hours straight, partially from the drug itself. The visual hallucinations were one of the coolest parts. I still see doses around. I've got some red and some black pyramid gelcaps if someone want to guinea pig for prolactin issues.

I'm old enough to have gone into the tobacco store as a little kid - did this every year for Christmas - and buy pipe tobacco and some cigars for my grandfather. Did this entirely on my own, while my mom was shopping for other stuff. I couldn't have been more than 7 years old first time I did it.

To pay for her addiction to LSD? That's not a thing. It has zero physical dependence risk and has a tolerance that escalates so quickly that it is not really feasable to use enough consecutively to develope any sort of phycological dependence, even if it was possible. AAS addiction is much more common (phycological addiction is relatively common and physical addiction in the form of crashed T when you come off without PCT [the withdrawal symptoms being low T symptoms from using more exogenous testosterone than the body would naturally produce]).

Wouldn't say Ketamine is the best thing to get into lmao. Plus I'm pretty sure LSD more than once a month fucks you up. Someone said adderall, but that only raises your dopamine levels while you are on it, then your levels plummet afterwards.

I would recommend exercise tho, its known to raise dopamine levels and give you gains.

Breaking the law isn't good per se, but our drug laws are BS. Especially something fairly harmless as LSD, harmless AFAIK anyway, no direct personal experience.

If you're pushing some dirty blend of whatever might kill someone, sure, throw away the key - especially if people get hurt.

It offends me as a tax payer if nothing else that this guy might be locked up and fed with my dollars for a couple decades. Insanity.

I’m a pretty solid libertarian and think people should be free to do as they wish with the own health... but seriously, at the point you’re supplying hundreds of thousands of dollars (if he was that big of distributor)... I too have a friend that was busted with LSD I guess if you get caught with over 15tabs then each tab is an equivalent to being caught with a gram of heroine.

Even if you did, you should go see a doctor, not take caber by yourself.

Never taken caber, just made this post after doing some "extensive" research.

Don't use psychedelics and don't use "prolactin sides" as an excuse to use party drugs.

I wasn't bashing AAS and never even insinuated a promotion of narcotics. Simply stating a few widely known facts. I'm not quite sure what part of that whole thing is hard to understand, or what kind of after school specials you got your drug perspectives from, but unfounded ignorant sterotypes are the very reason that AAS use in America is illegal, and I'd like to think that we, as people that promote the unsanctioned use of drugs categorically identified as AAS ( as well as stimulants, athsma medication, acne meds, pain meds, diabetic meds, etc., etc., etc.) could do better.

Interesting... I'm from Washington (no longer living there) and used to partake in the hallucinogen scene quite a bit as a youth/young adult. I don't remember groups calling themselves "tribes" up there; they were "families."

Moreover, back in 2000(ish), Psilocybe Fanaticus played a large role in many of the hallucinogens (be it synthetic or organic) in the Seattle area (he's passed so the info is irrelevant for legal purposes).
