Well fellow members after reading the post of Ultimate. I think it's time I run my next cycle to get ready for summer. My starting stats are as followed
Cycles- 8
height- 5'5
weight- 187lb
bodyfat- 14%
bench max- 365lb
squat- do not know 5x6 sets at 315lb
dead lift- max don't know 5x8 315lb

My main goal is to lose some fat again. Keep as much muscle as possible maybe even gain some. Hoping to end at around 188lb-198lb at 7-9% bodyfat

Diet is very clean, high in protein, and mid carb intake. 6 meals a day with a type of meat ( fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey, steak, ect..), brown rice, veggies, and fruite. Calorie intake will be around 4500-5000 a day once again very clean diet.

Workout routine
4 day spit

Day 1
CHEST AND SHOULDERS

Day 2
BACK AND FOREARMS

Day 3
LEG DAY

Day 4
BICEP, TRICEP, AND ABS

Day 5
REST

START OVER

Four different exercises 5 sets each 6-10reps depending on weight.

Everyday I will also be doing around 45mins of mild cardio before bed.

CYCLE 12 WEEKS
1-10 Tren E 600mg a week
1-12 Test E 150mg a week
1-4 Dbol 50mg a day

PCT will start 2 weeks after last Test E pin.

Once again the lab is Ultimate Pharmaceuticals. I will also be getting bloods to see if the gear is dosed correctly. I got it back in January 2015 and the Dbol is ALP.

I will try to post updates once a day before bed or everyother day.

All right so cycle started today. Took 25mg of dbol 2 hours before work out and also 75mg test e and 300mg tren e. Hopefully I will fill the dbol in about a week or two it's ALP but was handed to me by ultamite. The injection where smooth no pip but I usually don't get pip at all its very rare for me.

No gym today woke up with a fever and sore throat. This isn't gear related I was feeling a little sick during easter but thought I would be better. Hopefully I'll be feeling good enough to lift tomorrow today I called out of work and have been laying in bed all day.

Oh got cha! Thank you brutus79 dedication. I'm pretty sure I can get them a bit higher honestly but Im afraid of injuries. My joints start hurting once I start maxing out so I'm going to do it slowly.
 
I know this got nothing to do with thread BUT WTF is up with the hearts on btm of post for likes.I mean I ain't been around much, is that new..fucking hearts..why not big hardons, lol just sayin
 
Flies at 150 is that machine or presses cuz 150 lb flies are very impressive I'm doing 80 with decent control & form and thought I'm doing dam good.can't be flies.got to be pec deck

machine, I wish I could do 150lb with flies. I usually do 70-80lbx9 dumbell flies depends how tired I am when I get to them.
 
All right I'm feeling alot better today not 100% but close enough to workout and go back to work. Still been taking 50mg of dbol a day. Took 25mg before workout today.

Diet is spot on today all at 100% recovered from the flu. Just a bit of stuffed up nose and light cough left. Now still keeping up to my dose of 50mg of dbol a day and 600mg tren e 150mg test e. But, I've been reading alot lately that UP has been having trouble with his tren e. I'm guessing it must be the raw since a few source are having this problem. So I sent him a PM earlier today to see what his opinion is on my tren e. I told him if he thinks it's no good to let me know so I can just run my test e at 750mg a week. Hopefully I will get a reply soon So I can get this figured out. Incase the tren e is no good what should I run in its place? Any opinionsm
