Second time ordering from them. Had a major problem with package delivery (postmen screwed up, goods came almost entirely broken) for an order, about 200 bucks worth of trashed product. Contacted them, and they reshipped nearly immediately (free of any charge) all the broken product. Second time around package came in normally.
Some of the trashed product was about 50% salvageable -- they knew this (I informed them of it), and they still reshipped all of it back (so they shipped 200% of it, and I have about 150% of usable product now (I might throw away the "salvaged" part since it's a bit contaminated, but that's besides the point)).
Before that, the first time they shipped, they also had the decency to inform me that one of the products had come underdosed from testing, and they had sent an extra dose to make up for it (and then some).
I am yet to really try any of their products (only had one short "trial" in the past, but I can't give a reliable review of that one), except for one that I can tell from "feeling" is for sure legit. I'll eventually start using the other products they sent, but I have no reason to suspect I will have a bad experience with them.
So, double thumbs up as far as I'm concerned. Operation deserves more than 13 measly pages, it's run well, has some more "elusive" products which seem legit, seems to have a good track record so far (minus the guy that couldn't get it up), but somehow doesn't seem to be too popular.
