The resellers have that but unfortunately they aren't reliable and hard to communicate with, its a mindfuck waiting like a week for a Reply that aren't even related to my question.

Not a good idea really, as there's a risk of getting scammed by a less-than-honest source if you do this. Pay only when ready to order (and have done your due diligence).
