its probably not the raw material that is underdosed in the case of mactropin.
Raw material (crystals and powder) is usually not hard to get by, even 98+ purity.
Capping this shit is the issue for most. Judging by the filling level differences of macs last batch, the filling is not done automated. It seems it is either done manually or half-automated with one of those crappy cap fillers you buy off ebay.

How easy would be for someone who doesn't know shit about homebrewing and only has a digital scale to make this? Cap the DNP powder I mean.

I would advise you not to cap it.
Use a high resolution scale (1mg resolution, can be bought of ebay), use a small container (in the past when ive used it i used the lid of a sweetener bottle, it was a very small plastic cup, i think 5 or 10ml. Put some water in it, tarte your scale to 0.000g. Add prefered amount of DNP to it, so for example that the scale says 0,150g (150mg added), wash it down your throat like a shot of alcohol and drink a bigger amount of water after it (i always did 300-500ml water)
dont put the DNP on your hand, your clothes, your teeths or whatever

edit: another possibility would be to make a liquid solution with ethanol

I made one cap at time from the wetted raw, because the water meltd the gelatine caps.. i used a spatula and manually filled the cps tuat was on the mgs scale

Pretty solid but a few underfilled or even empty caps, i was running up to 600mg and it felt slightly different like other labs, on Regal labs i had very unpleasant toilet time, no issues with mactropin but the sweating was a lot less than regal, i had to throw away i think atleast 5 caps because they were empty, but surprisingly the caps were stained from the inside, its like someone opened them before or something, very weird. I would give mactropin always a shot because he's trying to give his best.

thats a pretty comon side effect of dnp. especially with higher dosages... its like diarrhea
