Fucking usps, can't delivery my shit to the right address. I ordered some pre workout with dmaa in it and they put it in someone's else locked mailbox at my condos. So I had to tape a note at them asking whoever has it, please return it. Which scares the shit out of me bc I have other shit coming, not illegal, but I just want my shit!!!
 
I went way off my diet the last week and now weight 230 this morning lmao. I knew I had gained weight bc I couldn't put my belt on the notches I usually do when squatting. I'm just going To try and keep with it for 3 more weeks then take a break from it for awhile. Dieting is messing with my head more than anything.

Did 3x5 at 375 squats this morning. Felt pretty good too.
 
And I was so mad this morning that I haven't got my package from my neighbors bc they haven't got their mail yet. I almost went out and used my pry bar to open them for them. Like I actually went out to them with it but talked myself out of it. I'm not trying to commit a felony for a $32 pre workout. I'd like to beat my post man tho.
 
It's a good thing my tren run is over in 2 1/2 weeks. I can feel the rage building inside me bc of my post man. Some mother fucker took my sign down that I hanged by the mailboxes about my package. I called the office and It wasn't them so I assume it was the cock sucking post man. I'm getting a free reship with signature required but still. I think it's in the mailbox above mine but the people have been out of town, I've tried going to there house multi times.

Benched 270 3x5, felt good, no pain. I was able to control myself eating last night too. I didn't give in, I'm an addict at heart.
 
Finally got ahold of my neighbor that has the mailbox above mine. I think my shit is in his. He has a couple packages that I can see and hasn't gotten his mail since last week. Dude said his old lady has the key and he would check today for me.

Did paused squats today's and worked on form a little. Doing cardio and stretching also.
 
When your where dieting. Did you count your exercise towards your calories? Like I can eat 2800 a day. But if I count my exercise I can eat more bc I'm burning more bc of exercise.

I've never really taken it into account. I just set an amount and that's what i eat. When i do carb cycling it'll be higher on gym days, but again it's a set amount.

I have the opposite problem you do though. I despise eating, so when I'm cutting on 3000-4000 calories a day it's a relief from times like now when I'm eating 5500. It's a daily struggle for me to even maintain my weight, let alone bulk.

I am like you. I set a caloric goal when trying to bulk, and go for it. Sucks feeding your face like that. Especially when you get past 5000-6000 calories. Makes eating a chore. But it's worth it.

I've never had a problem eating lol when I was bulking, a couple times I ate 6000-7000 a day. Which was over kill but I like to eat. It's just a mental challenge that I have to over come and I will.
