Manlet's first cycle

Yeah I've also pinned 9/10 injections so far in my right side, so I'm sure I should switch it up a bit.
The only thing about this knot is that it is raised on the surface a bit, rather than being deeper in the muscle. I did pin with some oil on the needle so maybe it's just inflamed who knows.
Yeah switch to that other cheek!
 
More or less, within a few inches of each other.
Frankly until I typed that out, I didn't realize how foolish it sounded.
Yeah sometimes you need to see it written out. At minimum switch sides every pin, better yet get 4 or more spots and rotate every pin
 
Depends on the size of your delts
I would say yes, I pin with 1in for delts. Maybe if you got some crazy big delts yes. I have heard guys cutting the cap back half an inch and pinning with the cap on though

I'm going to go ahead and buy some shorter pins to cycle through delts and see how it goes. I'm definitely not in boulder shoulder territory yet lol

On my first cycle i went both glutes and then I added in my left delt. My glutes werent recovered enough when another pin a week later was coming up. A 3 spot rotation worked well for me.
This cycle i added in right delt and have pinned my right quad once. With those i started with a 1/2in slin pin. I thought the smaller gauge would create less pip and that seems to be the case. Just trying to get over the initial pip so when I have a cycle that I need all of these sites ill be g2g.

I have kept my pinning so far to a long ester so once or twice a week, easy to rotate pin sites. Looking at running some Tren A possibly in the near future, I only have 4 sites I use currently so with daily pinning for 7 weeks they will get used lots lol

This cycle i through in npp. So m and f get the glutes. Wed is 1 ml and thats what ill try new sites with. My legs and shoulders are lean enough that the slin pin works

I just pin delts and quads, and use 25x1 for both. I had some slin pins left over from my HCG so used them up no issues either
 
Well this fucking blows.
As of 8pm tonight all bars, restaurants, movie theaters and gyms are closed to inside business.
So looks like I'm going to borrow my father in laws home gym in the shed and get redneck strong

Bro i feel you. Gyms arnt closed here yet but bracing for the inevitable. I got stuff at home so itll be ok. Just wont be as fun lol
 
I'm going ahead and going to PCT early.
With where I live right now I'll be out of work on mandatory lock down shortly I presume.

I'll probably use this as an opportunity to do my best to get really lean naturally while keeping what I can with calisthenics and whatever I can get my hands on for weights for a jank home gym setup.
 
Well I suppose it's time for a bit of an update.
Life has absolutely kicked me in the balls and turnt everything upside down since last posting.
I ended my cycle early, successfully PCT, ended up out of the gym since my last post until about 8 weeks ago.

I recently got on TRT, 150mg/WK pinning cyp MWF .25ml subq and 350ui HCG/wk MTh
My natural levels were absolutely in the gutter at like 288 total, 8 free, 18 e2 so on and so forth.
Good news is I've really been able to dial in my diet in the last few months and have been lifting again consistently. I've seen a pretty good reduction in bf% and sitting pretty at about 150 lbs and feeling pretty lean.
Goal is to get my TRT all dialed in and then go for a nice slow lean bulk.
I'm toying with the idea of adding an extra compound(s) here in the future as my bloods will be every 6 months.
Obviously I need to get back to lifting for a while and catch back up before I even think of adding anything on.
Does anyone have any advice for future additions of compounds? Is it worth just bumping up the test? Should I keep my trt dose and add something like anavar just to help the lean bulk?
