Well I suppose it's time for a bit of an update.
Life has absolutely kicked me in the balls and turnt everything upside down since last posting.
I ended my cycle early, successfully PCT, ended up out of the gym since my last post until about 8 weeks ago.
I recently got on TRT, 150mg/WK pinning cyp MWF .25ml subq and 350ui HCG/wk MTh
My natural levels were absolutely in the gutter at like 288 total, 8 free, 18 e2 so on and so forth.
Good news is I've really been able to dial in my diet in the last few months and have been lifting again consistently. I've seen a pretty good reduction in bf% and sitting pretty at about 150 lbs and feeling pretty lean.
Goal is to get my TRT all dialed in and then go for a nice slow lean bulk.
I'm toying with the idea of adding an extra compound(s) here in the future as my bloods will be every 6 months.
Obviously I need to get back to lifting for a while and catch back up before I even think of adding anything on.
Does anyone have any advice for future additions of compounds? Is it worth just bumping up the test? Should I keep my trt dose and add something like anavar just to help the lean bulk?
