☆☆☆☆MANNY'S SECOND RUN☆☆☆☆

Just met with a trainer that was an Olympic athlete and trains locally. My wife and I did out bmi stuff and she has 98 lbs of muscle. Going to get her to 110 and then start cutting. There is a show in the future for her, maybe Jan or March. I will also be training with her and her trainer as well. Let's see where more dedication and lots of hard work can get the both of us.

Here's the latest...
The hands are really toasted due to carpal tunnel and neuropathy.
My Dr is adamant on me getting my hands/wrists fixed asap.
I'm fully against it as I am going to fall apart in the 2 months that I have to wait (at least) until I'll be able to get back into the gym.
I've been putting it off for over at least 8 yrs and have known that it was time.
I have some thinking to do.
It's been "I'll wait till this run is done" since I've started but haven't wanted to go to shit again.
I guess I'll have some great legs and core at the end of the time out.
Really wanted to finish this blast then do it.....

I'll keep posting and let you know.

Update...
staying at a steady 214.
Gaining isn't slowing down, losing fat and gaining that muscle..
busy as a bee in there and making nice strength shows. .
have a few things coming up, hopefully there'll be a new addition soon.
 
Update.
looking for another gym. Had to find another place due to silly people.
It's fine, doing the home thing thiss week. Tomorrow going to a new place to sign up.

This lil gym I've been going to is so all that it feels like everyone is right on top of you. Glad I got a halfass setup at home lol.
 
Been off for a little bit.
Joined a new gym, a real one that is all about old men growing.
Last one had a lot of kids and chicks...
The chicks were cool but the kids were a drag.
Anyways, still growing and losing weight.
At 208 cutting the fat away.
Was out for 2 weeks but have been back a week and it's an amazing fact that proper training, food, sleep, and good gear are a wonderfulthing.

It's really just been the same where I dwell.
Hit a couple new prs.
100 lbs db press for 6 on the last set.
Pyramid up, 5 th set hit for 6.
Have had rotator cuff issues and have finally been able to get some decent weight up.
80 lbs seated db presses for 6 after a pyramid up from 55.
Not that big of a deal but I'm happy.
Injuries have plagued me this yr and the compounds amd training that I'm running have allowed me to come rite back and still be strong and looking good.
Sitting at a cool 214, trim as I've been since I was a lot younger.
The new gym is great, always empty and no idiots to wait for.
Hope everyone has been having a good summer.

Thx Huck. I was pretty happy on the dumbbell work. Obviously my bench and press are more but the db work is way better so been working on it a bit. Next time im in doing chest I'm going to start higher on my warmup so I can blast those 120s on the press and see abt the presses.
This npp and tren are pretty fucking rad I'm saying. Just about done with the tren, can't breathe and it's been 8ish weeks I think. Need to go look back and see for sure.
