All that post is saying, is that two different forms of measurement yield the same data. Using peak integration, or ion count can yield total amounts of molecular wright. Am I missing something?

They can determine ion count for a particular molecule, and get a percentage of the total ion count.
That's the weight..I've read that Test E is 72% testosterone and 28% ester. So in 100mg of Test E is there actually only 72mg test, but we still call it 100mg or is there 100mg of test and ~38mg ester? If it's the previous case, this would correlate fairly well with Titan's results.

No the 85% refers to the purity of the powder (fillers)...."100mg is sufficient" refers to the each ml having 100mg of hormone in it...Although the hormone is only 85% pure
If the powder is only half pure (53% in this case) and you double the raw powder then your mg should be correct but it will still test 53% pure cause the dissolved powder isn't 100% pure
