Hey guys so I'm on a contest cut right now. Two weeks ago I dropped my test down from 750 to 250 and started running 300 of tren weekly. I have a clean diet and I'm running clen/ t3 at 50mcg. I do 45 mins of cardio 6 days a week and lift weights 6 days a week as well. The scale dropped from 233 to 213 in just two weeks.... could this just be from carb depletion and dropping the test? I wasn't holding much water as my Adex was spot on is my worry. I didn't really expect THAT rapid of weight loss.... I'm wondering if I should refeed or up the macros? I don't even feel the need to refeed.... should I stay the course? According to fat calipers and hand held monitors I'm dropping fat. I just don't think it's realistically 20 pounds worth.
