Massive weight loss in two weeks.....?

Hey guys so I'm on a contest cut right now. Two weeks ago I dropped my test down from 750 to 250 and started running 300 of tren weekly. I have a clean diet and I'm running clen/ t3 at 50mcg. I do 45 mins of cardio 6 days a week and lift weights 6 days a week as well. The scale dropped from 233 to 213 in just two weeks.... could this just be from carb depletion and dropping the test? I wasn't holding much water as my Adex was spot on is my worry. I didn't really expect THAT rapid of weight loss.... I'm wondering if I should refeed or up the macros? I don't even feel the need to refeed.... should I stay the course? According to fat calipers and hand held monitors I'm dropping fat. I just don't think it's realistically 20 pounds worth.
 
Side note, I have been feeling slightly shitty during my workouts but it's nothing worse than previous preps I've done before. Thanks for the advice!

When did you start taking T3/clen?

Started clen/t3 two weeks ago. Also started 90mins of cardio 6 days a week with workouts. Two 45 min sessions. I definitely look leaner just not 20 pounds leaner haha
 
Water retention, better nutrition partitioning with the tren, clen doing its job and your body clicking on to overdrive.

20 pounds in two weeks is not unheard of but watch it so you don't go cathabolic...

Agreed.

OP, if I'm correct, you started T3, clen and cardio at about the same time prior to this weight loss...T3/Clen is a great combo for weight loss - fat, water weight and unfortunately muscle if dosage is to high. You add in cardio, look out.

Even when I'm on 500mg of test per week, depending on my dosage of T3/Clen, I still lose weight...20 pounds, I haven't come close to that though.
