I first have to disagree with 600 being minimum amount of mast. I am currently on 300 mast, yesterday dexa put me at 11.4& body fat. I disagree and think 12 to 13 is more reasonable. The change is more than noticable!!!! Grainy as fuck! At 300 my aggression is through the roof in the gym and feel happy and amazing the rest of the time! A little goes a long way if you are. Not in prep! I have added it to my bulk. 400t 300m 300npp!
I also disagree with the adrol, although it is amazing it should be used sparingly! Reasonable doses 3 days on adrol then 3 days var. Will avoid a lot of unwanted sides while still achieving goals.
