Thanks Fina. It's good to see bro's pulling for each other.
I should clarify what I meant by using a given dose 2x before increasing the dose. Because I don't want someone thinking that after their 12th cycle, they should be taking 200mg's Tren/day.
I'm talking about from the beginning to roughly a person's 6th cycle, this seems to work fairly well if, we're talking about a dedicated person who is consistently eating right and training properly and properly using AAS, this will take most people to their maximum size. And they can level off there.
For example: Let's say someone starts out with 500mg Test and 400mg Deca. Going 3 months on, 3 months off,
during their 3rd year, they will be taking 1,000mgTest and 800mg Deca. Year 1 = 2 cycles @ 500/400, Year 2 = 2 cyles @ 750/600 and Year 3 = 2 cycles @ 1,000/800. Also keep in mind these are generalizations and a person at 180 pounds will probably use a little less while a person at 280 pounds may use more.
At that point, they should be pretty well maxed out as far as their size. After all, starting with a foundation, adding 3 years of proper training and diet on top of 6 cycles, you're going to be huge and hard if you've done it at all right.
Another caveat here. I'm not talking here about people who have legitimate aspirations to being a national bodybuilding or powerlifting champion. I'm talking about those of us who live in the real world of school and work and families and real people lives and responsibilities.
Anyway, after the above mentioned 3 year period of time, future cycles would pretty much stay the same and you wouldn't continue to use higher dosages.
Take myself for example. My first cycle was in 1980. I leveled off a long time ago. My cycles generally consist of roughly 1,500-2,000 mg's/week of whatever combination of AAS I want to use. Usually Test makes up 750- 1,000mg's/week and then I'll add in one or two others to make up the other 750- 1,000mg's/week. I maintain a hard 210 pounds when I'm off cycle and I go up to a hard 220-225 pounds when I'm on a cycle. At 5'7", that's not bad and is big enough for me. After all, as a businesman with a great wife and kids, do I really need to go to extremes and endanger my health so I can walk around at 5'7" and 260 pounds? Of couse that would be stupid. And that's the position 99% of us are in.
