Been off of AAS for about 18 months, had small amount of gyno from puberty, flaired up first cycle 4 years ago and fought it with Rolax for ever cycle and kept it super small and unnoticeable. Well about 8 months ago (maybe longer) I had a lump under me nip, pop outa nowhere, I talked to Jim he said go to doctor cause that shits weird, so I went to doctor. They did biopsy and figure ya just gyno and maybe I was stressed and that flaired it up (Canadian health care makes up weird reasons) I didn’t care stopped hurting and rolax brought it down. Anyways super hard prominant lump that hurts like fuck has erupted under left nip on December 29th yes I know the exact moment and day cause I accidentally hit my car door edge on my nip and it dropped me like a sack of potatoes it hurt so bad. Got an appointment for next Friday to see what it is and ima be persistent with figuring it out this time. This is my log for it if anything comes about.

Yeap, that's how mamary glands react in the presence of elevated levels of estrogen. You must be an idiot to follow Dr Jim advice on not keeping your estrogen under control. The dumb ass even advice people to run Arimidex along with nolva wich is contraindicated. I've seen lots of people end up with gyno after taking advice from that jack ass

Yup I’m an idiot for not being on AAS and following the advice to go see my doctor when something was going wrong with my body. Jim did not reccomand any protocol besides going to see a professional in person. I have used rolax by my own accord and research and I’ve always controlled my estrogen with an AI. Good day sir.

1)!Do you have ANY SCIENTIFIC evidence the simultaneous use of an AI and SERM are “contraindicated” : NOOOO!

2) can you read NOOO bc I suggested the OP have his Doc evaluate the lump and while Ecpert No-nothing would advise “dude you need to control that estrogen” LMAO

3) based upon existing EVIDENCE SERMS are the DOC for GCM not AIs clown.

4) if you knew ANYTHING about “breast lumps” in males it would seem a traumatic granuloma w or wo underlying GCM remains the most likely diagnosis in the OP and certainly not CA

I do not recall the details whatsoever was this discussed by PM ?

Just curious but do keep us informed

Jim.

It was via PM it was short just a question and answer. Took the advice and checked with my doc, she’s good but the person she sent me too didn’t seem to care nearly as much but the ultrasound was inconclusive so they did a small biopsy and I don’t know just seemed they didn’t care enough cause I wasn’t a squeaky wheel but this time I will be squeaky to get it all sorted. I’ll let you know how it all goes though and if I need anything explained better then my local doc does might hit you up via PM if that’s all fine and dandy. Just hoping it’s some sort of flair up due to smashing my chest with the door, I think I may have knocked something lose or popped something but don’t know for sure.

Wishing you the best RT. Something I've not had to deal with this type of thing yet so I'm subbed for the journey.

Oh, and apparently don't listen to the guy that told you to see a real doctor And didn't suggest taking aggressive drugs o_O lol, people are crazy!

I wouldn't bother wasting your time replying to him. I get it, harm reduction and educating the community. I've heard bro-science for years about not mixing Nolvadex and arimidex. And the one may make the other less effective but they do work and are commonly prescribed together. To the OP, do as your doctor says. I had mine removed. It wasn't huge but sensitive. Then a second surgery over a year later. Turned out little bits of fatty scar tissue had filled in where the gyno was removed. Surgeon claimed he'd never seen it before, so I don't know what caused it. I wasn't using during that time.

1 At the end only some imaging, like ultrasound can tell for sure.

2 Make the doctor create a sense of urgency, tell him you can barely sleep with the pain, so you get imaging/surgery ASAP.

3 Deny steroids use. If needed, tell him you always had gyno since puberty or something.

Benn down the same road. Had left nip operated on in 2005, removed lump. Hadn't used gear since 02. Right nip developed lump in 2010, 8 years after using which I found weird. Had that removed in 2010 also. Same symptoms as you, painful as all hell whenever something bumped into it. Both were benign lumps. Surgery was about an hour long each time. Good luck with everything.

1. >imaging identifying tissue k

2. fuck you.

3. or say you've used legal bodybuilding supplements, so they don't have a way around your head looking for pituitary tumor.

DO NOT GIVE ADVICE.

For OP:

get another biopsy done: cheapest, most conclusive, fast (few days), reliable.

if it's gyno, find a good plastic surgeon and schedule.
