Meal prep hacks

Haha reheating rice always taste like SHit to me man, that's why I do the bags as well. 8 minute quick fix for some perfectly steamed and thick rice. I could add whatever spices and herbs to the white rice after being steamed, mix it up and kick with some flavor.

About to grill some chicken, and I have my meal of chicken and 1 cup of rice around 4 today. So I'll mess around with some recipes on the Mexicano
I chop parsley ultra fine and mix it into the rice when it's still hot.... A bit of oil and lime/lemon juice helps too. The parsley is crazy good for you. But, reheating with the salsa is surprisingly effective... Reheated rice blows otherwise.

I'll definitely take it into thought. Never use lemon juice. I'm all about parsley, it goes thoroughly on all my meats while grilling and baking.

A bit of coconut, mac. or EVOO in the rice makes it a little less dry. W/ cilantro or parsley and lime it's a lot like chipotle's... But they use a horrifying amount of salt...
