meal prep

Nice job bud. Once you get meal prep dialed in its easy to make small changes in calories or macros. I can really see the effects eating clean has has my workouts in just a couple days. I still fall off the old clean eating wagon but it's easier now to get back on and stay on doing meal prep in advance
Ya man that's exactly how I feel. This is my 3rd week and it is getting easier. My wife and I had to take over the kitchen last night but it went good. I'm so amazed at how much better I feel not eating garbage anymore.
 
I grill about 8 pieces of chicken breasts at a time and bake a big pan full of sweet potatoes. The potatoes usually last a week, and the chicken about 3-4 days.

I also grind up quick oats into nearly a flour in the food processor... I carry a can of that with me everywhere I go, along with my protein. I'll just add 1/2cup of oats to my shakes if I feel like I need extra carbs.
