I believe I emailed you about 10 hours before this was posted: Ill just paste it here to reiterate. When you open your package i'm sure you'll be happy to see all of the freebies that were added. With 750 items, on occasion, the less than popular ones will be delayed but I always make sure to compensate the customer fairly if there is ever a situation as such. I cant stand not having an order shipped SAME DAY. Greatly appreciate your business!
I just wanted to reach out personally. The freight shipment was a bit delayed which caused a hold up on the infusion set. Although they are now shipped to you, I really take pride in same day shipping. Being as you are from MESO that is even more important to me!
