MedLabGear - Accessory and Supply Shop

Pretty pleased with my order. Very fast, MLG gave me a coupon a while back that knocked a few bucks off and the insulin syringes were a good price.

I opened up my package and found a little something extra as well. At first, I was pissed because I thought I'd bought it accidentally. Double checked my receipt and I didn't, just a nice gift and good business.

Will order again.

@MedLabGear do you have blunt tip filter needles?

Also was looking for 18g 1,1/2" needles of any kind. Any idea on when those may be back in stock?

I generally don't stock the 18 1 1/2" since most people opt for the 18g 1" and I don't see any advantage in the length difference.

is there a specific reasoning for needing a blunt beveled needle? Do you mean the micron filter needles?

Just something to draw out of an ampule safely. Would the micron filter needles be acceptable for that?

I would buy some 5ml syringes 1-2 syringe filters and some sterile vials depending on the amount and filter them as such. Micron needle filters are expensive. a normal 18g needle would work just fine. Please PM me if you need any help putting together items etc.

What I'm trying to do is draw 1ml of HCG out of a glass ampule to transfer to a sterile vial (w/out glass shards included). So my challenge is that the filter you suggest I believe is too large for this task and the filter itself would 'soak' up the entire HCG.

I do know where to get the blunt tip filters, however, they are expensive and I only need a couple, not 100 for $100. Any ideas to solve this task cheaply would be appreciated.

I'm in the same boat, and trying to find a solution for this too.
