If you went on an open source board and asked for a review you would get banned?
I agree with everything your saying. The concepts at least.
I just don't think anyone should call someone a liar, cheat, or thief without proof. Look out for the community by calling them on the things we do KNOW they are doing wrong. Like being completely retarded. Or too inexperienced to trust with your freedom.
The "community" should be intelligent enough not to order from a source if he posts up, and 4-5 vets respond with legitimate misgivings/issues with the business practices. Why do we have to prematurely call them liars?
Do you think if respected vets all said: "stay away because your freedom is at risk ordering with these idiots"....people would be more apt to listen than if those same vets engaged in cock measuring and presumptive accusations? Accusations which IMO are the result of a jaded individual projecting thievery onto any source that is simply stupid.
You yourself accused the company I represented with this type of language.....told me we were shilling....you specifically used the words "I know..." and "..don't treat me like I'm stupid"
I know you're not stupid, and I consider you a friend in this forum world, but you were 1000% dead wrong. That company did not employ shills, and even went as far as to publicly denounce an overzealous customer who thought he could help with....shillery(?)
Yeah, I did take my lumps. That sounds way too dramatic.....I was insulted online....ooooh. lol. It wasnt that bad, but during that period, periodically a vet would PM me their support. Well, as much as I appreciated the gesture, every one of you who PMd your support without ever POSTING that support, is a bitch. Afraid to speak your genuine opinion because you might be branded a shill. Nothing made me more angry during my time as a rep than those PMs.
.....okay...Jim did, but besides Jim...those PMs take the cake.
Guys were afraid they wouldn't be part of the "community" if they pissed off the wrong people. This "community" looks more and more like a snobbish country club to me
