We all no the deal and what intentions were, I think that's obvious. As far as his comments on the quality of my product goes I'll just pretend I didn't see that lol. Mass specs don't lie but people do. Theres a million more attemping to get FREE gear it's impossible to weed through who's shady and who's not oh well.

Yeah man. That's definitely the easy answer. It's not like our regular policy is to ship as soon as guys order. He was different. He requested it specifically and had a logical sounding reason for why he needed it to be that way.

We weren't really mad when he got us. It's just kinda something we knew would happen. Whether we send early or not, people can still scam us. There are plenty of ways for a determined person to get free gear.

We make it a little easier by sending early, but I know something you don't.

I know how many people have needed gear ASAP for one reason or another, and we've helped them, and they've been extremely grateful.

So a few guys got over on us for some cash. Big deal. It's a cost of the business. I sound like a broken record. But no one would have ever heard about this if all he did was steal.

Such a shame that there are people out there that steal from ugl's, especially top notch ones like Bio. It seems to be a growing trend of reverse scamming lately, a couple other boards I'm on as well have had this problem lately. Yeah its easy to say "don't ship until you receive payment" but this guy just ruined it for everyone. When I went through the entire Herc situation and needed gear asap Bio put their trust in me and sent my gear out before I paid. I was so thankful for that service but now it's all out the window.

I was the head of customer service for a huge retailer and trust me I saw it all, people stoop to unbelievable lows to get free goods or money back. Switching price tags, to printing their own at home, to abusing return policies and so forth. I just smiled and gave them what they wanted as that was all I could do. It's all part of business you just have to weed out the scum. Reading this irritates the shit out of me.

This is why we can't have nice things it takes one fucktard to ruin it for everyone. Now its your loss world champ you won't be breaking anymore records on bio's or astro's dime :busted:

I have had an invite for some time now but haven't used it for personal reasons.
I can't wait to run bio, especially the VAR! So if and when I get my shit together, I find out bio went double super secret agent private because of this guy, I'll be one pissed off var fan boy!

I'm still confused as to why anyone would want to scam such a small amount of product. Especially from a guy who's rep is golden and who's product is golden. I don't have a problem with what Stretch did. This isnt about money, it's about integrity.
