Mel and I are gonna log our TB-500 adventure, as well as other compound use. For anyone that is not familiar with TB-500 it is an injectable Peptide that can be used to help healing, enhance ROM, and/or reduce inflammation. In addition to possible effects could be:

  • Differentiation of endothelial cells (blood and lymphatic vessels)
  • Growth of new blood cells
  • Collagen deposition
  • Increase muscle growth
  • Increases in endurance and strength
  • Relaxed muscle spasm and improved muscle tone
  • Repair damaged heart tissue following a heart attack
  • Healing of ulcers and lesions (including stomach and intestinal ulcers)
  • Increased exchange of substance between cells
  • Overall tissue repair
  • Faster healing of wounds
  • Repair of tendons and ligaments
  • Improved flexibility of joints
  • Prevents the formations of adhesions and fibrous bands in muscles, tendons and ligaments
  • Promotes hair growth
  • Protects and restores neurons after brain injury
I've read that it could darken your hair, which I'd be very happy with. :) This is just a list of things THAT could happen.

Although most places that sell TB-500 say its Thymosin Beta-4 it is not. Thymosin Beta-4 is extremely pricey, rare research material that is not available to bodybuilding.

Reconstituting TB-500 is something you have to be very careful doing. You need to use bacteriostatic water and in my case 1ml per vial. Let the water drip down the side very slowly as to not hit the TB-500 all at once. Then roll it back and fourth in your hands for 3-5mins very easy. You don't wanna shake or drop it.

Protocol:

2mg (my vials are 2mg ea) on Mondays and Thursdays for 6-8 weeks

First pin was March 7th. Noticed a sight improvement in shoulder pain after first pin. Nothing as far as elbow pain. Will be pinning tonight. I'm very excited to see what's gonna happen.

I'm hoping for less shoulder and elbow pain, increased ROM, and everything else. Lol

For full disclosure I'm also running:

Test 400mg EW (week 8 of 24)
EQ 750mg EW (week 12 of 24)
Tbol 50mg on Training Days -- 40mg on Off Days (week 6 -- 2 days left)
Tren A 100mg on Training Days (started March 3rd)
Tren E 200mg on Off Days (started March 10th)
*Train 5 On 1 Off

Thanks for reading.

@Melly Mel from hell I know I've left out something....what do you got??

Woohoo i've been waiting for you do start this log for a while! What spot are you pinning the tb500 into?

Left shoulder, which is the bad one. I didn't get any insulin pins bc I've got a bunch of 5/8" 25ga. I also liked having 3ml syringe to work with.

Looks great. I know it helped me rehab my torn vastus lateralis and partial quadricep tendon tear in a quicker and more effective way than without TB. The anti- inflammation properties were most notable therefore making my physical rehab sessions more effective. It seemed to also have helped heal quicker, however quicker than what? I never had the exact same injury in the past that I could compare to. But according to my ortho, he said he never seen anyone come back from my type of injury as quickly as I did. And I blew my physical therapist's mind. After my ortho gave me the green light to begin rehab, I leg was so tight and scarred down I could barely get a 40 degree bend out of it and was getting around on crutches. 4 weeks of TB (I did 6 weeks) and 4 physical therapy sessions a day (very aggressive to get the muscle and scar tissue to stretch while is was still soft), I made it to 180 degrees and was cleared to go back to work. Of course I continued rehab sessions at 3-4 times a week for another 8 weeks to make sure I did not regress and my injuries healed properly. 4 months later I was squatting as heavy as before the injury.

2nd pin done. It doesn't burn, very painless. [emoji4]

That little air bubble "locks" it in. Left shoulder pinned again.

Hey 7,
Hey everyone,
I should have my supplies tomorrow. I'll be 4 days behind 7 so it should be interesting to compare our results.
You did a great intro 7. I can't see where you left anything out.
My protocol is just a tiny bit different than yours. I'll be doing my intro when I receive my supplies and after my first pin which, like I said, should be tomorrow.

What brand TB500? I did TB500 and BPC157 right after my pec tear surgery. The surgeon and physical therapists were amazed at how fast my recovery was. I still can't say if it helped or not because I can't compare it to recovering without drugs so who knows. At the least it gave me some hope and a purpose to keep me training hard and doing rehab.

Ok everyone.
I received my TB500 today.

I'm hoping to improve an ongoing shoulder issue. Quite a few years ago I injured both of my rotator joints while benching. After my MRI my Doctor said that I had a minor tear in my left and severely stressed my right. The left was teetering on the line between surgery and rehab. I chose rehab for both. They have given me problems on and off since. What's weird is the one that was torn gives me far less problems than the one that wasn't. I have periods where the pain is minimal and doesn't interfere with lifting or daily life but when it flares up, as it is currently, sleeping, lifting, and working is very difficult if not impossible at times. I don't have pain constantly. My pain is during load bearing like benching etc..., and when it is in a particular range of motion which interferes with my work, sleep, and during certain weight lifting movements. It is a pain that can not be worked through. I've gotten cortisone injections in the past and they do help for a short period of time which tells me that at least part of the issue, along with injury to the connective tissue itself, is inflammation as well.
I also have two severely herniated discs in my lumbar back which I had surgery for several years ago. A double bi lateral laminectomy. Recently the pain returned. Not as bad as it was pre-surgery but its moving in that direction. Not sure if the TB500 will repair the discs but maybe my back will benefit from the anti-inflammatory properties. I was getting epidural injections every three months up until 6 months ago and that is no longer an option.

My protocol will be 2.5mg of TB500 Friday evening and Tuesday morning for 6 weeks. 1 injection every two weeks for 8 weeks and then one injection a month until...not sure.
I chose the 5mg vials because they were less expensive. I purchased my TB500 from CEM-Meso.
I'm reconstituting with 1ml. of Bac.Water so 2.5mg will be .5cc
I reconstituted as 7 explained. Mine disolved instantly.

I just did my first injection using an insulin pin. It was totally painless. I will report daily in regards to changes in my range of motion, pain level, or anything else I notice.

I hope that 7 and I have success not just for our own physical improvement but so this log may prove to be helpful to others that are looking for a way to repair injury and reduce pain. It sucks to have a cycle interrupted due to injury. I know because this is my third cycle in a row that has been interrupted at the halfway point due to either my back or shoulders. I was making excellent gains in strength and size for all three only to be fucked by my physical shortcomings.

I hope all that are subb'd enjoy our journey. What do ya say 7. Let's fix some shit.

Hell yeah!!! Everything looks good. [emoji106] Excellent intro.

So yesterday I pinned 200mg Test, 400mg EQ, and 200mg Tren E.

Today I pinned 100mg Tren A and 100mg Base (50mg Test, 25mg Tren, 25mg Winny) PWO

Total 1gram [emoji33] [emoji13] Plus 90mg Tbol..total both days.

Hit chest and biceps today. Shoulder was about the same as far as pain on bench. Incline cable fly's felt really good, which was a surprise. I would say squats hurt my shoulder the worst. I'll be doing those on Sunday.

Sounds like you are off to a flying start...sounds like your pains are lessening with each pin.

Noob question: Pin the TB500 intramuscular or subq?
