Mel and 7's quest to repair injuries -- TB-500 Log {and other compounds :)}

7th pin last night. Start of week 4. One thing I'm really noticing is heartburn from tren has not been bad. Before I'd have to take 2 or 3 Ranitidine twice ED. I've been getting by with 2 ED in the AM. Another pretty big thing, which I've mentioned before, is when driving I'm able to turn my steer wheel w/o any pain...almost forgot how that felt. Lol I'm also gonna give incline bb a rest for a few weeks. DB's are easier for me to stay tight and when I bring the db's down to my chest palms are facing...works better for me.

Started BPC yesterday. I thought I'd be able to use 5ml of bac water to reconstitute...but my vials aren't big enough. So, I had to use 3ml....which means, on a 1cc/ml insulin pin, each tick mark is 67mcg. Doing two pin times (AM, PM) 6iu's each time (total 800mcg ED), 3 locals...bicep, forearm (gonna change to elbow area tonight), and shoulder. Used one pin each time yesterday...by the time I pinned my shoulder it was a little dull. Lol

Thanks to @Perrin Aybara and @RThoads for the help.

Couple other things:

I put 3cc's in my quad yesterday....went to low and its sore as a motherfucker. Lol

Its allergy season for my dog. Man does she suffer. There's not a lot I can do for her....keep her clean and give her a Benadryl, which upsets her stomach. The vet overcharges for a stupid shot they call "the itchy shot." It last about 2 weeks...if that. If anyone knows what else I could do for her I'm all ears.

Well i had to go to 3 post offices, but i tracked my TB500 down and im doing my first pin of 2.5 mg tonight.
So basically my shoulders are pretty beat up from years of heavy pressing and little to no rest. But the last 2-3 years its just become a big hinderance in my training. Ive had to train around the pain. Also i wake up several times a night with throbbing pain in my shoulders if i sleep on either one in a bad position and in the morning it takes a good 10-20 min for me to get mobility without some badass pain.
So tonight i start my TB500 therapy and im hoping its everything ive heard it is.
I will share my results here thank to the gracious invite from Mel and seven.
Thank again guys and.... LET THE HEALING BEGIN!!!!!!
Good to hear you got your stuff. What a fucking hassle though....jeez!! [emoji36]

So did my first pin mon, obviously not expecting anything yet but tomorrow i will do my second pin and then work chest and bi's. Im not expecting magic so i doubt there will be any benefits yet but if i do notice anything at all ill update here [emoji4]

8th pin last night. End of 4th week. I used one of the TB's I just got...not that it matters. Wednesday I was walking my mower out of the garage backwards and I tripped over my dog's wash tub. Lol I didn't bust my ass somehow, but you know how you make a quick unexpected movement with your arms...well that shit made my shoulder hurt pretty bad. I thought for sure squats wouldn't happen yesterday, but Goddamnit I had really good workout. I was able to bring my grip in more, wrist are bent back as far as they will go...stayed tighter though. Its a work in progress. Thanks @Perrin Aybara you're one of the most helpful dudes on this board.

Stretching with the bands has helped a bunch. Its not enough just to pin this shit...you gotta work on what's fucked up. Imo there's no doubt TB has anti-inflammatory benefits, which is probably what has helped with my tren-heartburn...I guess. I'm still gonna run it for another 4 weeks, maybe with BPC added more healing will happen....I hope (maybe I'll start praying too). Also I'm only pinning BPC in two spots not three anymore. One in my right arm...bicep, tricep area and one in my left shoulder...3iu's 200mcg (well as close as I can get) each spot, two times ED.

The rubber stopper on these vials is like industrial strength and destroys these insulin pins, so I had to cut down on the spot pinning....that shit was hurting. Lol I'll either mix the next vial with 2ml of bac water than draw it out and put it a new vial and add 3ml of bac water and get 1/3 cc insulin pins...don't know yet just thinking/typing out loud...now I've got a headache. Might be time to donate, if I miss spelled or fucked up sentences...my bad. I ain't reading over this again. Lol

Thanks for reading.

How are you fellas doin?? @Melly Mel from hell and @Mr.B66

Glad to help, Seven. It's a work in progress for me as well on the mobility. The wrists back position is a life saver in the meantime and I've had no ill effects from it in over a year now.

I don't know if this Voodoo Floss is working yet, but I will say that my knee and leg feel a lot better right after using. The BPC I can't really say yet. Once I have a few pain free weeks of squatting I'll say one of those things helped.

2nd pin yesterday, then i went to the gym and worked chest and bi's. Shoulders were sore as always so no relief so far but what is a little interesting is that i slept pretty much pain free last night and normally i wake up several times a night with throbbing pain in whatever shoulder i end up on. Got up this morning fully expecting stiff and sore shoulders as this is the norm, especially after a chest WO, but to my surprise, shoulders feel pretty pain free. Now this could just be coincidence cause this happens from time to time but we'll see as the day goes on and deffinantly by tomorrow.
So thats it so far, i think in about 2-3 weeks I'll know more for sure.
Also im doing rehab exercises because like seven, I believe you cant rely solely on the TB500's anti inflammatory help, but rather use that to help in rehab.
That is all!!!! Have a great weekend Meso[emoji4]

I got my resupply yesterday. I went with AAL this time instead of Cem-meso. I got some BPC-157 as well. Going to switch my protocol a little bit. I will detail it after my next injection on Tuesday.

Well 3 pins in and woke up for the 3rd day in a row with little to no pain in my shoulders and have not been waking up with throbbing shoulders. This is deff not the norm so im gonna say i am getting a bit of relief.
However in the gym I've not noticed a difference, still sore when put under stress. I am doing rehab exercises so we'll see in a month or so how it goes.
Re upped yesterday and ordered some bp157 as well. This shit looks very promising. Did alot of research on it and really wish i had ordered it from the get go, but better late than never.
Well thats all for now, i hope seven and Mel are noticing improvements in their injuries and that the addition of bp157 does everything im hoping it will cause i sure would be nice to have pain free WO's again.

Ok...So...
I did my eighth pin this morning, which is the end of week four for me.
The dermatitis on my left hand is holding at about 80% clear.
My back feels amazing. Haven't been this pain free in years.
However, my shoulder has only slight improvement. It may be that the injury is not as much inflammation based as it is a tear.
I've decided to change my protocol. I only have two more weeks of treatment before I start my maintenance.
Instead of two 2.5mg injections per week, for these last two weeks I'm going to do three 2mg injections and then one injection per week for two weeks and then I'm going to take a month off to see what happens. So I have 4 more weeks before I take a break.
During those four weeks I'll be doing 2 x 400mcg injections per day of BPC-157 in my Delt of the shoulder where the pain is. So the last four weeks will be a combo of both the TB500 and the BPC-157.
Not that it has anything to do with this log but...
I'm cruising during my shoulder treatment and at the end of these next four weeks I'll be doing a 12 week blast.
Thanks to @Wunderpus for his most excellent log I've learned about a couple of things I'll be adding to this blast, namely B12, which I'm actually currently running and L-carnitine inject.
My blast protocol will be as follows.

Starting Sunday May 1st
Weeks 1-12
B12 inject. - 1,000mcgs per week (500mcgs x 2)
L-Carnitine inject. - 200mcgs per day pre-workout
GHRP-6 - 100mcgs 3 x per day
Mod GRF 1-29 - 100mcgs 3x per day

Weeks 1-4
Test E - 600mgs per week
Deca - 600mgs per week (1800mg frontload during week 1)
Adrol inject. - 50mgs per day

Weeks 5-8
Test E - 750mgs per week
Deca - 750mgs per week

Weeks 9-12
Test E - 900mgs per week
Deca - 750mgs per week
Adrol inject - 50mgs per day

Of course I'll be running a log and I will be doing little updates on Wunderpus' Meso community log.
I hope the TB500, BPC-157 combo gets my shoulder at least somewhat better so I have a decent blast. If my shoulder feels the same then I'll just be doing my lightweight TUT workout, which is fine. It's what I'm doing now. It's not as satisfying but from a bodybuilding standpoint it's still effective.
Feel free to critique.

I like your planned cycle mel,, simple and sweet. Also been doing a lot of research on bpc 157 and tb500 and i really think the bpc157 is gonna be what you need for that shoulder. It has the potential to heal tendon tears and torn muscle. In fact i ordered some last night along with more tb500 and i just got a call from my credit card agent saying someone is using my card since last night to try and purchase 1000's of $ worth of shit. Lucky for me im covered but the bummer is that the peptides haven't been charged yet so i gotta call them tomorrow and let them know whats up, and make payment.
Anyway today my shoulder feels better than it has since my last deca run so im real fucking happy to say the least. Im only 3 pins in and i actually have relief, i really wasn't expecting any sort of relief for weeks if at all. Im not saying im healed, im just saying i have a lot less pain.

I agree. After doing more research I think the BPC-157 is more what I need for the shoulder but I do like what it's done for me with a couple things I wasn't expecting.
Do you think the credit card hijack was related to your peptide purchases?

Seems kinda coincidental but if so im wondering why my peps havent been paid for. Could be they have a hacker. Ima call them tomorrow and give them the heads up.
Im really excited to try the bpc157 cause i know my rotators are really beat up so while im getting relief, im hoping the bpc 157 will then start the healing process, along with rehab exercises of course.
Can you imagine being able to bench real weight again mel and seven? That would be great.

I'll be looking forward to following another log of yours. Any ideas on type of training?

Hey brother Rob. Still following your log. I know you're gonna kill it for your mock meet coming up.
I've decided to go full on body building style for this one. Going to keep the weights low to moderate and either go 10 rep range TUT or standard cadence and go 15-20 rep range. I really don't care for the higher rep ranges so I may alternate the two from one week to the next.
I've got different ideas floating around my head right now so I haven't totally settled on anything.
I've had my last three blasts cut short due to injuries so one thing I am certain about is that I will be using light to moderate weight. Nothing above 75%.
I'm going to make the full 12 weeks this time. I'm at 200lbs. right now and fairly lean so I'm going to try for 215+

Sounds like a solid plan. I'll be along for the ride for sure. How are you feeling at 200?

I'm really eager to see what I can do come Sunday. It's gonna be a tough few days with no weights for until then. I have an addiction lol
