Mel and 7's quest to repair injuries -- TB-500 Log {and other compounds :)}

I like your planned cycle mel,, simple and sweet. Also been doing a lot of research on bpc 157 and tb500 and i really think the bpc157 is gonna be what you need for that shoulder. It has the potential to heal tendon tears and torn muscle. In fact i ordered some last night along with more tb500 and i just got a call from my credit card agent saying someone is using my card since last night to try and purchase 1000's of $ worth of shit. Lucky for me im covered but the bummer is that the peptides haven't been charged yet so i gotta call them tomorrow and let them know whats up, and make payment.
Anyway today my shoulder feels better than it has since my last deca run so im real fucking happy to say the least. Im only 3 pins in and i actually have relief, i really wasn't expecting any sort of relief for weeks if at all. Im not saying im healed, im just saying i have a lot less pain.
Hey B. Did you get payment worked out with the Pep source?
Any resolution with the credit card?

Sounds like a solid plan. I'll be along for the ride for sure. How are you feeling at 200?

I'm really eager to see what I can do come Sunday. It's gonna be a tough few days with no weights for until then. I have an addiction lol
I know 200 isn't that big but it's a BW PR for me. I felt uncomfortable for a little while but it's become my normal BW now so I'm used to it. I'm at maintenance calories now and the weight is solid. I don't think going to 215 will be a problem. I want quality weight so I don't want to aim too high and get sloppy.

That's why I asked. I remember you saying at the end of one of your previous cycles as you got close to 200 you just felt too heavy. Glad your nice and comfortable now. Best advice is pack the weight on slow and steady to avoid that feeling again.

End of week 5 TB. 2 1/2 weeks of BPC. Not really much improvement. I'm a week into winny at 50mg ED though, so that could be offsetting some of the benefits. Bar placement on squats is about the same. Still working on shoulder ROM with bands ED.

Bruised my shoulder pinnning BPC...not sure what happened. It swelled up, but went down fast and just left a gnarly lookin bruise.

Also made an appointment to donate Tuesday. I hate that needle they use and seeing all my blood. I sure hope I don't pass out lol, just about did last time. That would be some embarrassing shit if I do...big guy like me that pins ED passing out in front of a bunch a females. WTF!!!

That's all I got for now just a short update.

Thanks for reading

If you donate double reds I hear they use a smaller needle as oppose to the harpoon. Process takes 45 min instead of 15

I might try that. Do you know if it takes longer to recover?? It takes a good 12-16hrs for me to recover from just a reg donation. Its probably from all the trauma of the needle and blood though. Lol

Day 1 of week 5 for TB500. Doing 3 2mg injections these last 2 weeks.
Day 1 week 1 for BPC157. 2 injections per day. Both in right delt.
Went with AAL instead of CEM-Meso this time.
Also been doing 500mcgs 2x a week of B12.
My GHRP6 and Mod GRF 1-29 came in recently. Went with Blue Sky. Had a sale. Prices were good. Not starting those until my blast starts on May 1st.

Not vouching for any of the sources I'm currently using as I don't have a real track record with any of them.

I have all my AAS ready to go for this upcoming blast. The only missing pieces are a restock of B12 and the L-Carnitine inject.

Week two of TB500 and what I've noticed is i have noticeable relief at night and in the morning, also when i golf my shoulders aren't killing me the next day. But in the gym nothing really different, still sore AF when i bench or do dips.
Waiting on my BPC 157 and im gonna use the same protocol as Mel.
Also starting my blast may 1st and also gonna use l-carnitine, thinking about B-12 but undecided.
A good buddy of mine came up to me in the gym today and said he had some info he wanted to share with me before he left. An hour or so later he told me he was working out in worlds gym in san diego last week and he saw this huge dude squating 600lbs. So he struck up a convo with him cause he could tell he was an older guy and he was amazed that he was easily repping 600. My buddy is also a PL and no slouch at 5'7 220 and real good shape he can ass to grass 5 plates ( still wont admit to me he's juiced) hes a beast, so when he is impressed im interested.
Turns out the guy is 44 from Israel and is a chemist by trade. Long story short( i know to late for that) he explains to my bud that he keeps his joints healthy with plain gelatin.
The reason he says we get injurys to our joints and ligaments is lack of collagen in our diet and gelatin helps in a big way. He went into depths about the evolution of man and his diet and how the used to eat everything when they killed an animal including boiling the bones and getting gelatin in their diets that way.
Anyway i went to the store and bought plain ol knox unflavored gelatin and im gonna start ingesting 2 packs a day. My bud said he started sat and feels like he has more pain free mobility already.
Anyway sorry bout the book but i just wanted to pass that along as it might be helpful to some. I will update my progress or lack thereof.
Take it easy meso and have a great weekend.

Walmart has these caps for $3.

Lol @ Nail Health....Whatever It Takes!!!

yes! good idea on the gelatin.
I get the plain powder from Knox brand and add a teaspoon to my protien shakes.
It is high in proline and gycine and helps provide what you need to repair connective tissue.

Also, make sure you are taking in a decent amount of vitamin-C throughout the day.
Effect of vitamin C and its derivatives on collagen synthesis and cross-linking by normal human fibroblasts. - PubMed - NCBI
Yup same one im taking but i do 2 packs a day, as this is what my buddy recommended. Bought mine at Walmart for 12$. After researching its benefits ive come to the conclusion that it is a MUST!!

So im 5 pins and almost 3 weeks in on TB500, still no noticeable diff in the gym but in everyday life i do have less pain when i work and golf. Also i still am sleeping pretty pain free.
That is pretty much where im at. Still waiting for bpc157 and hoping that will help to heal my poor banged up shoulders.

6 weeks of TB done. Call it 4 weeks of BPC. I've got 5 TB's left and 1 BPC. So I'm gonna run the TB 2 more weeks and the BPC until its gone. My shoulder feels good. Still have a little gym pain, but its not as bad. I hit 70's on db shoulder press for 2 sets of 8 and I started doing standing OHP...95 for 3 sets of 10. Lol I had a lot of pain throughout the day in my shoulder and that's not there any more. Could be TB, could be BPC...I'd say adding the BPC has helped. ROM in both shoulders has been better. Band stretching ED. Back squats are almost pain free....shoulder wise. Grip is still really wide and bar placement sucks compared to everyone else I see. Still dealing with elbow pain....probably the winny, but that's the only joint pain I'm having.

Hair isn't darker. Lol

Pinning is another story...fuck me!!! I was pinning my right arm...tricep, bicep area. Bruises bad and they look bad. Plus my arm has been "twitchy" in that area for a few days. Must have hit a nerve or some shit. Bruise on my left shoulder is still there. That's been like 8 days or so. I was using 1/2" 29ga...I'm done with those. Switching to 5/16" 30ga starting tonight. Been pinning my gut to give the arm and shoulder a rest also.

Had to cancel my blood donation, I'm a pus. Hope to there Wednesday. Went to Walmart and fucking forgot the Goddamn Gelatin!!! Had a "TrenAttack" the other day with bout .8cc of Mix 5 and 1cc of tren. Shit hit and I still had 1/2 cc to pin. Do I stop pinning?? Fuck no!!! Coughing, trying to breathe, sweating, with a 1" 25ga needle stuck in my quad...not fun. Lol

I guess I need a pinning class.

Thanks for reading

After my BPC157 injection tonight it will be the end of week 6 for the TB500 which means I'll be switching to maintenance for a few weeks and the end of week 2 for the BPC157. My shoulder has not improved much during this 6 weeks. It did in the begining but hasn't at all the last few weeks. I will say my back feels pain free which is fantastic. Didn't expect that.
I'll finish the last two weeks of the BPC157 and hopefully thery'll be some improvement.
Benching still hurts. Can't use any real weight.

Well im coming to the end of week 4 on TB500 and like Mel, had some relief in the beginning , but only in everyday life, still hurts like hell if i try to bench. Still waiting on my BPC157 with hopes that it may help.
Also i had a thought about all this. Im thinking it probably would have been a good idea to take a break while using the TB500. Because when you think about it, how can a serious injury heal if im constantly putting it through hell in the gym. After all, TB500 is'nt magic. Im theorizing that for best results i should have avoided any exercises that put direct stress on my rotators and instead just done my rehab exercises. And ice it every night followed by some tiger balm. Im thinking that would have given the TB500 time to work its "magic". I think this will be my protocol going forward.
On a side note , it feels as though the gelatin is helping with ..... For lack of a better term, fluidity in my joints. I play a lot of golf and usually feel pretty stiff and sore in my back at the end of the week, but there is a noticeable improvement in my back for sure.
Just thought id throw that out there.
Hope your all doing great !!!!!
