I can't believe all the support you guys are giving me. This is only day two and you guys have motivated me more than I could have possibly hoped for. Thanks to all of you for getting behind me on this one. If I don't kick this things ass I do believe there may be a hangin!!! My forearms were so pumped and hurting I had to use straps by the second exercise, which I never do. I only use straps for shrugs but I had to break them out because I couldn't hold the bar.
Definately felt more aggressive. I couldn't wait to get to the next set. Sweating more for sure.

Yesterdays food intake was:
1 Gallon of 1% milk
2 scoops whey Isolate
2 pb&j's
2 Pop Tarts
2 cups Greek yogurt
6 eggs
1 big chicken breast
Pasta. I didn't measure it. I just snacked on it intermittently.
1 lb. of baked smelts

I hard boiled 2 dozen eggs this morning. I'm gonna pickle them and I will be boiling and pickling eggs daily now. 1 dozen a day starts tomorrow.

Hey JB! I just drank 2 glasses of spaghetti and meatballs! Most excellent!!! When you're too full to chew and swallow and you need the calories because the big mean man keeps busting your stones about eating and eating and eating, this rocks!!!
The blender will please brutus lol. I need to start blending all my shit like that. Wonder if I can blend boiled potatoes an chicken breasts kike this. That fuckin chewin shit gets old lmfao. I would much rather slam a glass then chew a plate....wait did that make any sense? Lol:p:rolleyes:

JB"s toddler diet is catching on . I used to put beef stew in a blender yrs ago ....But I think I"ll eat my burger & fries whole, thank you , lol
