I'm wondering if some of the sides are kicking in early because of the base mix I'm running prior to my workout which would equate to an extra 25mg a day of Tren which is immediate release. Also I started at 75mg ed of Tren A from day 1 and I believe you started at 50mg.
Now that sounds very well likely, especially since its so fast acting which means the sides should be to.

Correct ; your probably on more like 100mg/day . It should be getting real interesting here real soon . Kill It !!...but watch the shoulder ;)
 
Well everyone...Since my chest workout yesterday morning I've been swallowing anti-inflamatories and Icing my shoulders when I can.They're feeling quite a bit better so...

Tomorrow morning is back day. I think I'm gonna bump my weights up and stay in the 6-8 rep range. I'm in the mood to move some weight around.
 
Is it okay to put raw eggs in your protein shake. Right now I use 20oz. of 2% milk, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 2 scoops of whey isolate, whatever fruit I'm feeling like, and peanut butter. I'm getting burnt out on the taste of the whey powder. It's sucralose sweetener and I can't stand the aftertaste anymore. I'd like to cut out the whey powder and substitute with raw egg but then there's the salmonella thing. Thought's please.

I think they should be really be pasterizated. I've been buying the egg white cartons (4 per pak) @ Sam's and putting them in my shakes, they don't last long. I get about 4 shakes per carton. Can't really get around the sucralose thing unless you go to truenutrition.com and design your own.

I use pasteurized egg whites. Much safer and better absorbed

As long as you dont get the runs , liquid egg whites (carton) are safer than raw eggs .

Go with Syntha-6 ! Best tasting of ALL whey proteins (to me) & high calories (200 per serving) I hate the taste of ON and Dymatize compaired to the yummy Syntha-6 .(get vanilla)
 
When I did buy weight gainer. I just went to tractor supply and bought calf stater. They give it to baby cows to put weight on. All you need is one scoop. It tastes like shit but works. You can get a 15 pound bad for 40 dollars

I was trying. I went to a D1 school to play football. I thought I was the man in highschool but when I went to college was a reality check. They beat the crap out of me. I wanted to start at defense end. I never started but did get some playing time my senior year. I did everything in my power to put weight on. Enough about me. I enjoy your log Melly mel
 
I use to drink raw eggs all the time. 4yrs to be exact. In college instead of buying a weight gainer. I would put 2 cups of whole milk, 32 oz of ice cream and a dozen whole eggs yolk and all. I never got sick.

I use to put raw eggs in my shakes. I'm going to start back with raw eggs, makes the shakes taste so good and eggs are great for you :D

Iv been doing the raw eggs for a few years now and it's not bad at all. When i eat the same foods over and over I get sick of them so I find new ways to eat them or drink them lol. I will usually make mine in the morning with 3 eggs a cup of oats protein and whole milk, it's pretty good and usually last for a good little while.
So you guys never got sick from doing this? Im about ready to start drinking my eggs like that but don't want to risk getting some kind of salmonella poisoning!!!!

I been doing it on and off for 6 years and iv never got sick from it man, I know a few guys that have been doing it a lot longer and as I know of they haven't either. I know people freak out about it but with me it hasn't hurt me yet lol, I'll probably get sick tomorrow "I'm knocking on wood right now hahaha". I think if your trying to build mass you have to eat foods that will build you up, I know a lot of people want a lean bulk hell I was one of them but I realized it don't work for me. I have to eat what some would call junk food or dirty food to put on size. Last night at 1 in the morning I was making a double burger sweat potato and pinto beans lol, I know a lot of people will say over time I won't be so lucky or whatever but I don't look at it as being lucky I think it's sucks because I want to be a beast. It sucks having to eat around the clock just to stay the size I am, even after eating that I woke up at 4 in the morning like I had went all day without eating. I'm rambling hahaha but I haven't got sick yet from raw eggs... Yet lol.

Thanks for that bro, I think im going to start chugging them as well. Saves sooooo much time cooking an cleaning when I can just slam them bitches back an swallow lol. As you can see above I have been studying....like I always do an drinking them is looking safer an safer. Fuck it, im going to start drinking them an see what happens!!! Again thanks for your input an advice, I appreciate it brotha;)
