Melted Test E raw question.

A friend has some Test E raw, but the powder turned into a wet oily looking substance. I assume he let the raw get too warm, and it melted. My question is, can he just measure out the goo and add it to the brew as normal? Also, will the hormone still be fine?

Yes,it will be fine so long as it hasn't sat around for months melting and solidifying over and over again. Test E should be stored in a cool dark area.
