Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

We're all different. Shit just test at a dose over 500mg raises my BP after a few weeks. My doc prescribed me a low dose BP med. my BP is fine when I'm off everything so I only take it while on cycle. This is the first cycle I've actually taken it and so far so good. I bought a monitor and check it daily. I'm on tren so being as my BP is in check with the meds I'm very happy
Do your meds keep your bp in normal range or still slightly elevated on tren?
 
Bp meds keep me in the normal range, in fact it keeps me perf. 115-120/65-75
Do to my recent health scare , which turns out I'm fine , I'm trying to be even more cautious. I want to do a blast in a few months but I never been so hesitant. I will definatly be on meds during a blast. That's why I ask about bp meds on cycle.

I Here ya. I have some that is just BB BA and GSO. Have to heat it Everytime I use it but it is potent. No stink and no knots. Strictly for leg and back days. :)

Ive heard great things about TNE for years as pre- workout, everyone i know says it gives them an insane workout, but ive never tried it cause i dont like to fuck with my bp , at my age and years of use im trying to keep it as safe as possible. But in your shoes, i would try it, you know being all young and shit[emoji4]

Sad thing is most AAS messes up my bp. Halo puts it through the roof. But I try to keep my use of those compounds to a minimum. Not old, but im not young.
 
I think bp is overlooked a lot. The same way we take a anti e to lower estrogen , maybe it's wise to take something on a cycle for bp.
 
What do your cycles look like these days ?
Well i have never done high dose cycles as i respond very well to moderate to low dose. Most will think this very low but my favorite bulking and strength cycle is 300mg test C or E and 200mg deca.
I keep my diet tight and i train very intense. Ive tried running twice that amount but dont really notice a big diff, seems more risk than reward.
But this is me i certainly dont think everybody should do what i do. Also when i cruise on 125mg test i literally loose nada except a little water weight.
Recently though ive added GH And im fucking loving it, still making gains on cruise and getting leaner every week.

I see, well smart of you not to run to many compounds that up your bp. One reason for me not running tren, bad anger and bp goes crazy.
So i keep it simple.

It was an alright workout and I took more then I was told to. I'm actually back on pre works as of two weeks ago and I get a much better pump and workout from them. I know a lot of members hate them but I'm so fucking tired at the end of a work day that I need the boost. I'm a fucking mad man in there on preworkouts. Lol my favorite being Mr. Hyde. I've currently switched to a Meso brand. It's by far the strongest thing I've ever taken and I'm an exspeed addict. I've been taking it 2 weeks and can only take a 1/4 of a scoop if I don't wanna feel jittery Afterwards. It's helped me out a lot. Currently doing a full FST7 program with 30-45 mins worth of cardio a day with it. Also when I go to leave I usually still have energy and say fuck it and do abs as well. Life has been crazy lately and without this stuff my workouts would be shit.

I wish i could do those PWO's but i feel like i did some meth when i do. I have tried them in the past and end up giving it to the young guys in my gym. Lucky for me my lifstyle allowes me to make the gym my main priority so im very well rested and i love working out to the point of addiction so i have great workouts 90% of the time. The other 10 are just average but i can live with that.

Anyway since you guys are talking about BP, I'm on week 14 of 750mg EQ and my BP is 129/69, resting HR 63, BW 224-228....no BP meds, don't drink and don't smoke...cigarettes. ;) Donated on Jan 31st. I do a min of 60mins of cardio ED. I think the cardio keeps my BP down.
